A hotel with no running water, staff that didn’t know why it was the case, and no clue as to when water would become available again. By the time I gave up and checked out the water had been off for 2 hours. Ridiculous

Very helpful staff doing their best. But the state of the room is not excellent. Wheelchair accessible room is not up to standard. Accessibility from hotel car park to the room was very easy for my daughter( wheelchair user)
