Never prepaid again.Posted Sep 29, 2015
The hotel room as such was ok but I have the feeling that when I pre-pay for the room I always end up in the worst room they have in the hotel because "well he already paid and cannot move". Somebody had been eating cookies in the room and the remains were still on the chairs - there were two windows about 1 meter from a wall outside. my next door neighbour was the elevator which was making strange noices when operated. Im sure they have nice rooms in the hotel I just didn't get one of them.

Expecting customers to drive through the busiest bit of London to Park is disappointing, had a traffic nightmare

Sentralt, god standardPosted Sep 3, 2015

Drar definitivt tilbake.

Lovely hotel in quiet area but close to the actionPosted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: Everything! Particularly the great welcome, no fuss check in and out, complimentary coffee and papers in reception and peace and quiet
Cons: Nothing....apart from the weather on Monday 31.08!!
Location: All Bar One- late drinks; Weatherspoons Breakfast; Covent Garden; Theatreland; Holborn Station close by
Having stayed in the Club Quarters in Chicago, I booked this hotel in the hope it would provide a similar level of quality and comfort. I was not disappointed. Although, probably mainly used as a business hotel, this was perfect for a leisure break. Being located close to Covent Garden (walking distance) yet in the quiet Lincoln Inn Fields, we enjoyed the best of both worlds- peace and quiet at night and very close to the action during the day. There are plenty of pubs close by for a drink, breakfast or a meal, although the hotel menu looked tempting with Rib Eye Steak on offer for £10. We upgraded our room for £18.00 and were delighted with the size and lovely view over the park. I can definitely recommend this hotel and will look to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful hotel with morning extras!Posted Aug 31, 2015
Near the center of the city with so many walkable places nearby. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. With London being pricey it was nice to have complementary water (with refillable bottles), fruit, breakfast bars, coffee and tea available in the mornings. Also we broke an umbrella and left another in a can and when we admitted this we were told to not worry about it. When I return to London I'll be staying here again. Also the beds were very comfy.

Lovely quiet hotel in the centre of LondonPosted Aug 28, 2015
Pros: Ability to get a good nights sleep - very comfy beds.
Cons: A bit of cutlery in the room - even if it was plastic.
Location: Very central London - 2 mins walk from Holborn Tube and on good bus routes. 5 mins walk to Covent Gardens, very close to most theatres
I love staying at this hotel. If they had rooms available I would stay here everytime I come down. Unfortunately because it's so nice they're often booked up. The decor is immaculate, very clean and modern but what makes this hotel special is its attention to helping you get a good nights sleep, which is essential if you've come to London to work. Good insulation between rooms, heavy curtains to keep out the light and good windows to keep out the traffic noise.

Great hotel, great locationPosted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: Clean, comfortable, modern, quiet, with open terrace with seats to the front, and opposite the park. Free water and coffee in foyer. Helpful staff.
Cons: Have opened up the terrace area to a franchised bar/restaurant so the evenings can get a little crowded/noisy with non-residents.
Location: Quiet and opposite park. Easy walking distance to Covent Garden, National Gallery, South Bank, British Museum.
Have stayed here previously and would recommend. Stayed for a long weekend break - 3 nights - for visits to theatre and museums/art galleries and general sightseeing. Easy walking distance to Covent Garden and to most places of interest in central London and to South Bank and no need to use the Tube. Also visited Hampton Court - train from Waterloo Station which was about 20 mins walk away. Would recommend Bills (on Kingsway) for breakfast, and there are plenty of cafes/restaurants/pubs nearby and in Covent Garden.

Great location...great hotelPosted Aug 25, 2015
This hotel was perfect for our stay. A short walk to Holborn tube station, bus stops to London bridge and numerous popular locations and a short walk to the theatres. The room itself was clean and wasn't lacking in amenities such as plug sockets. The bathroom is light and spacious. The hotel offer unlimited tea/coffee/biscuits in the foyer. They also provide sealable bottles for water. The free printing service is very easy to use over the hotel's free wifi. You also don't have to sign up to anything for the wifi. I would definitely stay again.
