Nice hotel close to attractions in St. Thomas.

Posted Nov 7, 2016
Pros: The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with fresh food. It is close to downtown St. Thomas and area attractions.
Cons: The hotel was having some trouble with their in-house phone service.
Location: Close to Railroad Museum and the CASO station.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. You could tell that the people running the place take pride in their hotel.
Cons: The breakfast room was a little too small. often there was nowhere to sit.

Clean room, comfortable bed, but NOISY

Posted Oct 24, 2016
Pros: Comfortable bed and clean
Cons: Noise. Noise. Noise. Not from outside the building.
Location: Only hotel in town
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But there is absolutely no noise insulation. You can see the hallway lights around the door and that explains why we could hear every noise or voice all night. Particularly the wedding parties returning at 2:30AM. As it is the only hotel in town, get a room as far away from the lobby as possible.

Nice room on the lower level

The breakfast was disappointing as they ran out of stuff. Eggs weren't cooked enough. Overall just don't plan on having breakfast. Room was clean.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, quick check-in

Posted Oct 11, 2016
Location: St Thomas and the area are full of things to do and see. And you are not that far from the London area also.
The whole hotel looks like it has been remodeled. Rooms are very clean. Beds are super comfy, did not want to get up the next day. The only drawback is that it is a 2 story building, request a ground floor room if you are mobility challenged, no elevator , only stairs.

Pros: Water cooler
Cons: Everything

The room was very small, rundown, needing upgrades, food not good ,first day they had the nerve to say they cleaned our room wrote it down that they cleaned it ,it wasn't..they made our bed one morning, had to ask for towels all the time.the towels where grey instead of white.one of the worst hotels ever .

One night stand

Posted Sep 14, 2016
OK place. Our room had a sink with a pop up drain that was stuck in the closed position. Older AC unit that made too much noise when on. Only stayed one night.
