Great atmosphere, location and staff!

The staff was extremely pleasant. The hotel itself was beautiful and in walking distance from everything. The Spa was a delightful break from the surounding city crowds. The concierge was very aware of any and everything you could want to do in London.

Pros: The flowers and decor was nice
Location: Excellent
Can add little about the hotel but Expedia apps are useless and out of date.

It was fantastic. I would strongly recommend dinner and/or drinks in the Hotel rest. Massimo's.

The Juice isn't worth the squeeze for food &drinks

Reception and the Comcierge never would answer the phones when calling from the room. Food was not great! Drinks are great but quite pricey

Corinthia London - Great stay

Pros: Everything was perfect
Cons: The A/C in the room was a bit weak but to be perfectly frank, it was an extremely hot day so it could be down to this
Location: The hotel is placed just a stroll away from loads of entertainment from Covent Garden, Picadilly, the Strand... this is just ideally placed for all.
I have stayed at the Corinthia recently for the occasion of my partner's birthday - we checked in the afternoon and left the next morning. I can definitely say that from the moment I passed the door to the moment I left, the experience was delightful. The staff has been extremely diligent, professional and focus on one aspect which was making me comfortable and welcome. The state of the room I was given was also excellent and my partner and I felt very welcome and at ease using the facilities Overall, it has been a great experience

Incredibly beautiful hotel in perfect location.

The hotel itself is magnificent, and the location is absolutely perfect. Within walking distance to buckingham palace, Trafalgar Square, the London Eye, convent garden, parliament, Big Ben. The spa is incredible and bring your bathing suits for the co-ed jacuzzi, steam room, pool and dry spa. The staff is exceptional. The concierge took care of everything and booked private tours, printed out the tickets for all the attractions, and was able to secure tickets to "The Cursed Child" which has been sold out for months. It was a perfect week and we won't stay anywhere else upon our return!

Not quite a five star

This hotel lacks attention to detail. Small things fall throug the cracks. Buffet breakfast is excellent but inadequate follow up on first stay. They sent my wife to a restaurant that was not open. But the do a great job learning names if that is important to you. Electrical panel came out of wall

They do not understand the concept of five star

The first thing that happened was our rooms were not ready at 4 PM. The hotel then try to separate our rooms by a floor. In short, the problem with this hotel lies with management. The staff does not understand the concept of customer service. In particular, the staff does not understand what separates five star service from something less than that. The best part of the entire stay was the breakfast.

Great location, close to tube and food

The staff was great! The room was a little worn (clean the carpet guys!). The restaurant was fine but waaay over priced. Clearly this is an upscale hotel and was fun to stay at but a little too fufu sheshe for us regular folks. It's very close to several tube stations, lots of restaurants and shopping if you need it. Overall a good experience. Did I mention the staff was great?
