I enjoyed the extremely friendly staff. Both my girlfriend and myself agreed that the beds were above average when it came to comfort. Great hotel and a great experience!

Entrance is strange to get to but overall was a great hotel right off the freeway. Minimal road noise and quiet. Breakfast was great and the indoor pool a huge plus for my kiddo. Would definitely stay again.

There was no water pressure and the faucet was put on backwards so hot water was first meaning you had even less water pressure. The pool area is sad at best they have towels out on a table. The breakfast in the morning is lackluster and they were out of everything when I asked for a lid to my coffee and was told they don’t have any because the truck hasn’t come.

Our room was in need of some minor fixing up, especially the bath. TP holder was loose. Switch cover plate was bent over the mirror frame, not installed properly. Awkward getting in and out with Starbucks right there.

Amazing & clean. We got a suite so the little one could sleep and we could stay up. Worked out great, the hotel even provide a pack’n’play for her to sleep in & it was in our room for us before we arrived.

Property was exceptionally clean. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I’d recommend some updated tvs in the rooms that are more user friendly and bigger. There was very limited parking for bigger vehicles. Certifcate in the elevator was out of date by 5 months.

Very pleasantly surprised and very nice stay. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside was the restaurant was closed but that was not a big issue. Will stay again!

It’s a great place if you can figure out how to get to it. Yes, you have to go in the BP entry. Even then the dumpsters in front of the Starbucks next door make the entrance hard to see.

Property was very tired and our first floor room was dirty and run down. Our room seemed to have had a very cheap/poor quality renovation within the last few years and was rapidly deteriorating.

What I didn’t like was all the work trucks in the parking lot with workers sitting there, didn’t know if they were staying there…very creepy. Then I got back to the motel late after being at my daughters for the evening and I had to find a side door to let myself in..another creepy experience due to the poor lighting. Security should be a priority inside and outside. Otherwise everything was okay with the exception of the shower not having much pressure, but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again as they are also pet friendly.

Hello Robert,Hotel accessibility does not include the location in the facility. I do understand that the distance may have been and inconvenience. Unfortunately the hotel was designed by a builder before we owned it and we are unable to change the location of the rooms. Kind Regards,
