Indian restaurant closed which was disappointing as this was a determining factor in my decision to stay. Explanation being ‘they’re doing something in the kitchen’ but not communicated at any point in the booking process. Also never mentioned gym or pool during check in so maybe that was closed too...

My family and I love this hotel. Its very clean, the staff are very friendly and professional. They have 2 restaurants (both excellent) and a bar. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to london

Everything was great at the hotel.. One problem - the hotel hoppa ticket machine didn't deliver the four tickets I booked and paid for. The staff kindly contacted the driver TO the airport and that went well, but there was no return ticket, so I paid again. Not thehotel's responsibility, but a facility which needs sorting.

Awful food
I stayed here Saturday with my boyfriend for one night and paid £15 each for the breakfast I am really upset by the quality of the breakfast considering the amount we paid. It has even made my partner really ill and he has had to take the day of work due to a really upset stomach I think a refund of £30 would be sufficient for the anguish this has caused. Not only has this made the hotel stay awful the lay out of the food was appalling. It looked like something a twelve year old would of put together. I hope I hear back from you Kind regards Chanelle

A lovely hotel with great facilities and pleasant staff HOWEVER £16 to park a day whilst in residence there is not only extortionate but in my opinion completely wrong. If you are staying at the hotel then parking should be free

Staff on arrival was rude £16 per night for parking Never made our room up for 2 days Every time we order food from the bar it came out wrong . They add device charge without asking if you want to pay it . Spa area you must be with your child unless they are over 18 as they have no life Gaurds on duty which was annoying as all our children can swim very well but we had to be in the pool with them at all times Overall not a bad hotel good location need to teach there staff some manners

Beware of the shuttle bus!
I picked this hotel because it said it had a shuttle to Heathrow Airport. To my surprise it was not free. Nowhere did I see a cost involved. I even emailed the hotel to ask about the shuttle and then there was no mention of cost in the reply. This was disappointing and made the overall experience not as good as it should have been.

Great pool and gym - truly brilliant for a hotel complex....Great Curry restaurant - loved the stay and thank you for your flexibility when I realised I was 12 hours early for my flight

Sauna and Steam room not available for use. As I had specifically selected thia hotel for the spa facilities I asked the manager to arrange for access to the spa at another hotel locally. I was met with a flat refusal. Diabolical customer service. Avoid this hotel.

Stop gap on a road trip, booked the family room which had two double beds, all looked clean and tidy. Bathroom could do with a tidy as the sink had a crack inside and the toilet seat was also damaged. We used the pool which was nice and allowed the children Age 10 & 13 in until 8pm but they were not allowed in the hot tub. The staff were all polite and friendly. We ordered room service which although arrived promply was awful and only one out of the four of us ate the food. Bad nights sleep as flight crew coming and going but on the plus side plenty of choice at breakfast. We would not stay again, but if its just a stop gap before a flight i suppose it would be okay.

Our room was 2105 we had big units right outside that kept us awake we didn’t have time to complain to reception as had a flight to catch . On using the pool the steam and sauna weren’t in use which was disappointing as there was no communication until we arrived that this was the case. The restaurant was very good our server Julian was exceptional at customer service you would not have thought we were in a hotel restaurant as it made us feel special and that we were in a 5* Staff overall were friendly

Room wasnt very clean had cobwebs , shower was leaking causing tiles to pull away from wall. Knobs to sdjust shower were very siff and hard to adjust. Bed sheet had a layer that peeled away during the night causing a mess. Iron wasnt working but that was dorted straight awat.

I stayed here twice...the day I arrived and the day before I left for home. On both occasions I was so impressed with this hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. The rooms I had were very comfortable and quiet. The food is excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed here on a lay over between flights through Heathrow. Hoppa shuttle service H51 took roughly 20 minutes to reach hotel from airport. Didn't use any facilities and had breakfast in airport.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel on four or five occasions in the last year in different rooms on each occasion. On each occasion the bathroom sink plug mechanism has not worked and I have had to get on my hands and knees and operate it from under the sink to release the plug from the sink hole. In addition on this last occasion of staying at the hotel, the floor lamp in the dimly lit room only stayed on for ten minuted before shutting off, frustrating when trying to read. Likewise the air conditioning only ran for two hours at a time. Only found out by waking up in the middle of the night sweating. How hard is it to check rooms and maintain them. If you have a vehicle, they will charge you sixteen pounds for overnight parking in their grounds despite you are paying to stay at their hotel, The spirit of Dick Turpin rides on.

The desk staff were amazingly helpful, but the bar staff couldn't have cared less about us, requiring us to chase them down. The room was fine, but as someone who uses a CPAP at night, there was no outlet near the bed to plug it in. Fortunately I had brought an extension cord that was long enough to reach the other side of the room, but I have never not had an outlet close by before.
