The wall is very thin, basically I can hear the entire conversation from the next room. I didn’t have a good sleep either, the water pipe and heat pipe keep making noises and woke me up several time at night. And parking is $24 for overnight, kinda pricey, was expecting something like $15 maximum only.

Construction going on on Wellington, nothing the hotel can do about it, but it does prove to be a bit of a nightmare trying to get around it, especially if you take public transport or try to walk. Overall, the hotel was lovely, rooms are large and spacious, brightly lit, very comfortable mattress, check in and out was smooth and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

Booked a room with a crib, arrived and they had none available for the weekend. The sink and tub barely drained, the room smelled like smoke, the coffee/ cafe closed at 1pm, really terrible experience for the money we paid. Would NOT go back

Two of four elevators were out of commission and long waits. Everything closed very early on Sunday and holiday Monday so nothing onsite including vending machines or coffee shop, tuck shop. Ice machine out of order. Neighbourhood a bit sketchy to walk around later at night looking for snacks or convenience store. Improve onsite amenities please so we don't have to use Skip or Ubereats.

Parking was impossible due to event at hotel. Drove around forever unable to park. Finally used public parking elsewhere. Common areas are dirty and dusty. 2 out of 4 Elevators are out of order, resulting in long waits and crowded elevators. Paid for queen beds but got double. Staff claimed that the beds were queen when they clearly were not. Requested extra blankets 3 times and they never arrived. Windows in room are filthy. Floors are too. Worst stay ever.

I liked the location of the hotel and the windows in the pool area. The lobby was quite nice. The rest of the hotel was very outdated, the room was missing items that hadn’t been restocked, and it wasn’t overly the cleanest.

Beds were really uncomfortable and only 2 pillows were provided for each bed and they were also uncomfortable. Staff was nice and we got a free cookie when we checked in. Only paid parking and it isn’t convenient.

There are a lot of hidden fees!! $239 was what I was quoted and cc charge is $425.41 that is quite the incidental charges!! Still pending hopefully only extra $25!for parking!! Very noisy and room smelt bad we went and bought freshener spray!! All in all will not go back nothing around could not get out of parking garage no signs luckily a guy let us out!! Card did not work very frustrating

Enjoyed the pool and the room . But the elevators were not working or only one would work. This was very hard to get up and down. Had to use the stairs several times.
