Checked in at 5 p.m. got to our room only to find out it was still being cleaned. The maid said she was almost done so we waited outside the room for about 5-10 mins before we went back to the lobby to ask for another room.
So the man at the front desk gives us another room and offers to take the parking fee off our bill for what happened.
So in the morning we see our bill and the parking fee is still on the bill so we go back to the front desk on our way out to ask them why. So it happens to be the same man who took it off in the first place. He apologized and preceded to take it off the bill, he prints a new receipt and gives it to us. And yet again its on our bill so we have to go back up have hin do it again and he finally gets it right.
Also, we called and asked for a later checkout and they told us no because it was supposed to be busy. How busy can it get on a sunday?
Lastly they charged me two different times and i didnt get the first charge (which was $308) off my credit card until 4 business days later.
