Hello what can I say hmm so much improvement can be done! First the lighting in the rooms is horrible, it's way too dark. Housekeeping needs to re stock all toiletries on a daily basis, we should NOT have to go searching for soap, also they, need to step up their cleaning of the rooms. Service at the bar was slow & the staff was not friendly. Service at the restaurant again slow, perhaps they were short staffed but never less put a smile on! after all it's the service industry you are in. We also had a problem with the tv we wanted to rent a movie & it wasn't working ,either was the phone so my husband went down to the front desk , & the M.O.D( who was pleasant) came to our room to help anyway this whole inconvenience took about an hour we were finally able to rent the movie BUT you think after all of the problems the movie should have been "on the house" again it's the hospitality industry no?!
