Pros: Price.
Cons: Attitude of Management.
Location: Lots of places to eat, as well as convenience stores.Great view of the skyline.
The hotel is a bit worn and the rooms do not have carpet. the cleaners did a good job and the room had a nice bathroom. It is off the beaten path in Crystal Park. Quite reasonably priced however. On the down side, management is somewhat indifferent to their jobs.

If you can get another hotel, try to

Floor was gross. No hot water in the shower in the morning. Make sure you shower at night. Heat barely works. Bring sweaters.

Abgewohntes altes Hotel

Posted Sep 18, 2015

Exceptionally good value.

I would say that this has got to be the first time I have found accomadation, at a justifiable rate per night, with cleaners top service and host can be over helpful, which is unusual.

Good hotel pity about the management.

Posted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: It is big, well located and priced very competitively.
Cons: It could do with renovation and better management.
Location: It is on a touristic neighbourhood and well served with transport and eateries.
The hotel is far from the centre but it's price is very good and is well sited in an excellent area for restaurants. Also if you get an Oyster card you can get a bus almost in the front step, which will take you to the train and overland station, and back to the hotel on return. The problems we had were all with maintenance. Faulty shower, not fixed until the third day, bathroom needing renovation, air conditioned unit which had to be reset every quarter hour, window impossible to hold open even minimally, fire alarm and sprinkler wrapped in plastic secured with a rubber band, paid for WiFi which could not be corrected after a mistake in registration. All these could be entirely fixed with better management and administration.

unpleasant stay and experience

Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: one staff person that tried to fix our situation
Cons: They need to clean the place well and treat their guests well.
the first day I arrived at the hotel and was given a room where the carpet was wet and horrible smells came from the room. I had to request a different room. the new room was ok. the washroom was not to expectations for the amount in British pounds I had to pay. The phone in the room was not working and the front desk staff were not telling the truth when we ask them if they fix the phone.

Euro Queens Hotel Crystal Palace London

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: To be honest nothing
Cons: Everything a good lick of paint and more friendly staff
Location: Plenty to do shops up the road crystal palace park not far train station near parking on a 1st come basis at £5 a nite which is ok
I had the misfortune of staying in this hotel it was dull the beds were like rocks, hard and uncomfortable one of the sockets was hanging of the wall the kettle was faulty. The staff are as much use as a chocolate fire guard Would I stay again I would rather sleep outside in a cardboard box
