Elena at the reception was exceptional. She greeted me warmly, efficiently handled my check-in, and was very helpful with all my inquiries. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made my stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel lobby is a nice environment with lots of spaces for sitting but I was surprised that there were no chairs or stools in my room (109).

So comfortable, lovely decor & room was very smart. Loved the pool & spa, it was a great addition to the Corvo cafe & Leo’s restaurant. Easy with Tower Hill tube less than 1 minure walk so quick acess to central London. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was quiet and breakfast was lovely. The original room was very small and the pictures online were misleading We were upgraded to a bigger better room with no fuss but definitely need to check the rooms before booking as the pictures are not what we got when we checked into the first hotel room

All staff are super friendly and helpful. I left my swimsuit in the pool changing room inadvertently, and the staff there put it aside in their office and gave it back to me the next day. I really appreciate it.

Very nice location near Tower Hill Underground station and Tower of London. Easy access to other parts of London with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Very safe area. Nice lounge area with fireplace.

Our first room offered overlooked the station and we could see the trains. We asked to changed rooms which was swiftly sorted. The only issue I found with the room was no area to sit down to apply makeup or dry your hair. I had to sit in the floor by the door to do this all. No ideal! Breakfast was plentiful lots of choice at an extra cost. Would I stay again yes but upgrade the room next time for a better view

The room was great and had a nice view. It did have a leak from the roof by the window and steadily leaked on the floor which we brought to the staff’s attention but that didn’t affect my husband and I. We just wanted to make sure they knew about it. My only complaint was that my last night there, I had no hot water. I had to shower in cool/warm water which sucked… otherwise, it was a great room and we would stay here again.

If you’re someone like me who enjoys working out before your day starts, this isn’t the hotel for you. They have limited fitness center access so if you have an early day planned or get back late you can forget about a workout. It was very upsetting that I couldn’t use the pool or fitness center when I wanted which messed up my routine and days. No exception on the hours either. I asked to get in early one day before our planned trip and they wouldn’t budge. I even tried to change hotels and they refused to refund my stay. Not happy about my experience with this hotel. The only good thing is that it’s close to the Tower of London and the tube.

My main complaint was that no one answers the telephone. Just wished to let them know I was arriving late as curtsey. Tried several times over a 2 hour period but no one picked up the phone. I had a large room 326 with a view of Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The bathroom fittings looked tired and needed replacement. The food for a large convention was excellent and staff were courteous.

We have visited a few leonardo hotels and this is one of our favourites. The room was nice, and the staff went to the extra mile to leave us some complimentary bits as it was a special occasion. The only down side, was our bathroom was quite small and a bit grubby - several makes on the walls, taps were dirty etc which let down the room and the price we paid but overall would come back and hope that this is rectified

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, first time staying on the 1st floor. The room was very dark, tired, not very clean. I think these rooms are in definite need of a refurb.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast buffet. The thermostat actually changes the room temperature! Room gets dark (curtains don't leak a lot of light). Recommend.

Stay was good. Hotel nice. From hotel pictures was anticipating a room with some form of view. First room given was 3rd floor, little natural light (so felt dark) and looked at the back of a tall building. Moved room to 7th floor which was much, much better. Told you have to request special view by contacting them directly ahead of arrival as only some rooms offer this but that they will try to accommodate this if it’s a special occasion. Good variety at breakfast. Slow to return safety deposit - 7 working days since visit and still waiting.

Property was very nice. Spa facilities lovely. Only complaint was that staff in spa did not intervene while 2 couples were roughhousing in pool making it impossible for anyone else to enjoy it. This went on for 45 min! Maybe more… but I finally gave up and left.
