Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. I was waiting for my room to be ready and they offered me a nice hot tea while I waited. If you check in early be sure to Email to see if the room will be available early. It is a small hotel. Nice hotel walking distance to the west end shopping on Oxford and Regents Street. The rooms were a bit small but I liked how the neighborhood was quiet. Hotel was also affordable priced. Probably one of the friendliest hotel staff I have experienced in a while.

Thankfully It was not corporate modern and impersonal and there was a pleasant seating area in the foyer. The staff were all delightful, helpful and kind.

Good location to Regent Street, Carnaby street. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and rooms are nice with a very nice clean bathroom

Staff were very friendly and nothing was any trouble to request. My wife is gluten free and breakfast catered for this. Breakfast was the best quality food we have experienced in a long time. Breakfast staff excellent. Great stay and would return

Look very nice inside and what i expected, nice little cafés and resturaunts around. The shower ws leaking onto the floor. Room was small but clean.

The hotel was in a quiet street but in a central location. I was very impressed with the hotel. The rooms were comfy and clean and the staff helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
