Bought a night in a superior room here for my elderly parents to make visiting us in France as easy as possible. The situation of the hotel opposite the Eurostar terminal is ideal for this and they enjoyed very much their meal in the Plum and Spilt milk. They were very disappointed though with their room which was a small attic room and was not what they were expecting in a superior room.

Thank you for your review. Delighted your parents enjoyed our location so close to the Eurostar terminal and a lovely meal in our restaurant. I’m sorry to hear that they found their accommodation a little on the small side. Set on the fifth floor, in the eaves of the hotel, the Wainscot room is a category shaped by the original Victorian design of the hotel, which in turn is responsible for part of its appeal and character. However I understand it wasn’t quite right for them. Another category is our elegant Cubitt rooms, which offer more space and light and I’m sure they would enjoy time in one of these. Thank you again and we hope to welcome them back soon. With best wishes, Anthony Lee, CEO
