This hotel was very comfortable with superbly helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Location is good, close to a variety of restaurants, shopping centre and tube stations. We would certainly consider this hotel again.
I have stayed at this hotel many times and love it for the location. However would notethat a new bldg is going up across the street and the jackhammering was quite loud. I would suggest checking with hotel before booking tosee the status.
The hotel staff are some of the best I've experienced around the world. The hotel has a wonderful location across from Buckingham Palace and if you're looking for a boutique 5 star experience I highly recommend this hotel. The room, and especially the bathroom are tiny. We stayed in an upgraded suite ...
Lovely hotel - we have stayed at the Ritz and Four Seasons in London. This Time we were traveling with our son so needed a bit more space. A two bedroom suite was fantastic and the staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating. We have been traveling for several weeks so staying here felt ...
Expensive, but perfect for the Excel centre. Get the DLR to the Prince Regent station, up the stairs, turn right and the 2nd floor entrance to the hotel is just there, right next to the east entrance of the Excel. Food and drink rather expensive, but hey it's London. Some noise from planes taking ...
I was impressed with how helpful all staff were from breakfast waiters to Night Porter. At no time was any problem or query too much trouble for staff and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
The hotel is in traditional terrace but inside was reasonably modern and maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. My only criticism was that I was in a 'basement' room which although appeared to be moden and well maintained, smelt a bit damp. I suspect because you wouldn't open a window on this ...
Really well situated, easy access to public transport and short walk to central Peckham as well as Peckham Rye station. If it is a bed for the night then this is fine. No frills although free Wi-Fi. The room was not somewhere that you could relax in during the day but was clean and comfortable. The ...
I stayed one night and did not eat at the hotel. My room was a single "Queen" room. It was very well equipped, but a) It was at the front of the hotel facing the road which made it rather noisy. b) Although a reasonable size, it was over-furnished making for a rather cramped feel.
Very nice, modern hotel close to tube station (400ft). Plenty of near by restaurants, cafes, bars. Two min walk to the British Museum. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again.
Room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Lovely bathroom. Great location. However the odd layout with two rooms sharing an internal lobby means that you hear two doors slam very loudly every time your neighbour enters or leaves. On my final night the adjacent ...
Love the comfortable and roomie room. It was a pleasant surprise. Love the location as it is very handy to get on the tube. Highly recommended.
Staff was extremely helpful. Upgraded us when we got there, room was very nice. Breakfast was a nice complimentary surprise and good. Overall a great hotel only drawback for us was location. We like to be within walking distance of the main attractions so it was a little out of the way to walk, but ...
The hotel is very well located, it has good looks from the outside and awesome view to Hyde Park. Regrettably the rooms are not as nice, but they are clean and mantained. Would do a lot of good a remodeling of the rooms.
Very disappointed that there was no free wifi. Surely any decent hotel ought to provide that in this day and age. Otherwise excellent. I did not have a car but I noted that guests car park rate was £30 a night which seemed expensive to me
