bad communication and not top service

Pros: The bed was fantastic and the espresso machine in the room is great. The decor is great and good for sleep.
Cons: Fitness and health suit. Plus the communication of the staff. It's a bit like the hotel aren't that bothered anymore.
Location: Great location.
I was told to ask for the sauna to be turned on about 30mins before in the morning. The following morning when I called reception I was told it would take 2 hours to heat up meaning there was no point. I've used it last time I stayed and it's like a cupboard with a sauna and a shower in it next to the meeting room, it's not adequate at all, there is no changing room. Secondly I went to use the gym there were no cups in the water dispenser and the running machine was tired and old.

Not recommended with this price! Pros: Very good location. 6 mins walk to Waterloo station Cons: The first staff I met was very friendly, however the second staff I met in the reception was not quite kind. When I got into the room, there were still COLA CAN and used BOXES in the room. The toothbrush was not provided in the second day I stayed. The bathroom was flooded after shower.

Confortable bed, clean room, staff Ok, conveniently located near to train station and the underground (10 minute walk).

Great Location

Pros: Great service and comfortable room. The buffet breakfast was delicious.
Cons: The only thing I would change is the shower head. The one in our room made such a mess.
Location: The London eye can be seen from just outside the hotel. London Waterloo is a 5-7min walk from H10.

Fantastic base and brilliant hotel in the city. Bit loud at night but its right in the centre of the city and it was fabulous for travel the next day to my meeting.

Pros: Location and staff
Cons: As above: do something to sound-proof the rooms
Location: Very convenient for the South Bank and Covent Garden
This hotel would get my 100% rating if they did something to soundproof the rooms. Unless you are high up at the back, the night traffic noise is unbearable. This spoils an excellent hotel in every way.

Not too far from Waterloo Station

Pros: Size and style of room
Cons: Customer service
Location: Walking distance to Westminster Abbey
The hotel room was nice but the service was poor. Room service never answered the phone. Rooms weren't made up even by late in the day and I had the sign on the door to ask for my room to be cleaned.

Comfort and Convenience

Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: I didn't find myself needing anything.
Location: Public transpiration walkable
The room was quiet and clean, I had a great view from the 11th floor and the staff was welcoming and very helpful with printing boarding passes and just making me feel welcome, saying hello any time I walked in or out of the main lobby. The location is easily accessible to underground transportation and walkable to the London Eye and Parliament. A very modern looking hotel and a modern room with hardwood floors and an iPod dock. I would definitely stay here again.
