Perfect for a flightPosted Nov 22, 2015
This hotel is just around a corner from the Hatton Cross tube station and is perfect for a flight into or out of Heathrow. The king room was spacious, nicely furnished and we never heard a single plane! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a restful night and hot shower with comfortable amenities!

Extremely convenient to HeathrowPosted Nov 22, 2015
Pros: Hilton has down an excellent job of renewing this hotel. There is virtually no sound from the airport, yet it is very convenient to the airport.
Great hotel. I slept well. Nice amenities in the hotel and in the rooms-the beds are very good!

Everything and more for an airport hotel.Posted Nov 22, 2015
Pros: Easy to get to, had everything we needed, close to a pub.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
We stayed one night in between a flight from Rome to home. The hotel was easy to get to using the Hoppa bus from terminal 4. The room was very comfortable and very quiet, considering out our window was beside a flight path. We wanted to have one last pub experience so had a meal and a pint at the Green Man pub, about a 10 minute walk away. We had to coordinate our flight time with Hoppa bus schedule the next morning so did not have a meal or drink there.

Good for a next-day early flight from HeathrowPosted Nov 19, 2015
Hotel is within walking distance, via a somewhat daunting pedestrian bridge, of Hatton Cross Tube station and snack shop, isolated from everywhere else. Staff was very welcoming, polite, and helpful, and the Costa Coffee bar was good and moderately priced. Our room and bathroom were clean and relatively spacious, and my wife liked the toiletries and, unusual for a British hotel, washcloths. The one real problem we had was with the non-working heat, in mid-November. After two hours of our phoning the front desk and their making ineffective "adjustments," they sent up an engineer who quickly confirmed that the heat was working in the rooms around ours but no, the heat was not working in ours, and no, he couldn't get it to work. So he brought up a little space heater that did the job. The Hotel Hoppa (£4.50 one way) runs every hour in the morning from the hotel to Terminals 2 and 3 and arrived right on time, had us there in 20 minutes.

Close to airportPosted Nov 15, 2015
I needed somewhere to stay close to the airport. The room was clean and bright and there was a shuttle available to take me to the airport. I would stay here again.

Very Convenient hotel for Heathrow and central LonPosted Nov 10, 2015
Pros: very quick check in. Clean rooms. Very good breakfast
Cons: Maybe somehow be able to open the window slightly to let fresh air into the room
Location: Nothing much to do nearby as quite isolated so you are Hotel bound if you stay there. Very good location for Hatton Cross Tube Stn
very quick check in and very helpful and pleasant receptionist. The room was very clean and a good size. The only criticism is the fact you can't open a window even a fraction to let fresh air in. This is most hotels not exclusively to this hotel at all. It was a mild night in November and the room was stuffy but not warm enough to put on air con. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful with a choice of hot or cold. Very nice and not crowded in the restaurant at all so all round very pleasant. Hotel used to be Jurys Inn and it has changed the name. I found it better now it is Hilton Garden Inn as I have stayed a few times when it was the Jurys Inn. Very near to Hatton Cross station where you can get trans direct to Heathrow or central London. Very good value for money and an all round nice comfortable hotel to start or end your holiday or business trip or just a trip to London without staying central areas.
