Pros: Hotel staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: Warn people re the renovations Fix the lifts that are broken
Location: Excellent for Euston & Kings Cross St P
The hotel is undergoing renovations so be prepared to hear drilling in the hotel during the day. None of the lifts were working so if you are on the 4th floor (I was) be prepared for at least 100 stairs up and down to the ground floor.

A nice hotel

Pros: Very near the wedding I was attending as well as being very comfortable
Cons: The soundproofing from outside traffic
Location: Very convenient for major train stations and museums
The hotel were without exception very helpful and friendly

Pros: Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and a good size with a comfortable bed!
Cons: Long wait at breakfast (although it was busiest time)

Stay away - elevators do not work

Pros: Nothing much
Cons: The hotel needs to inform Expedia of prolonged construction and other flaws - this also needs to be part of due dilligence by Expedia.
The hotel has two elevators. Neither was working and the repairs are expected to take weeks. In the meantime, guests were hauling luggage to the third floor. There was no advance warning, no disclosure and no reduction in price (368 USD!). Stay away until the elevators are fixed.

Staff service was good. Lift was down 6 days was still when I left. Room was changed for air conditioning Hotel location was very good though.

Pros: Location
Cons: Construction on site created many problem and inconvenience for the guest.
Location: Close the St Pancras, King Cross & Euston Station very ease to travel on local and national trains
Hotel was undergo reconstruction, not easy to move around. Great location and great staff but had many inconvenience because of construction. Major mix up with Expedia reservation and one of two people was assigned to the wrong room not the luxury room that we paid for but we got it corrected the next day. Final rating would be 3-4 because of all of the above....Excellent breakfast menu and food.

Pros: Refurbishment will result in clean modern hotel.
Cons: Issues mentioned above.
No air conditioning on a sultry night, but evening staff helpful in finding portable air cooler. Breakfast disappointing. Poor bread, dried out bacon, tables too close together. Room tiny. Could have chosen Holiday Inn at 20% higher room rate. They have larger rooms and better breakfast. Probably made wrong choice.

I would have appreciated a message before arrival that the hotel was under renovation. Having to use service hallways and lifts and being woken up by hammering and drilling spoilt the stay.
