Pros: every thing
Cons: oil that lift
Location: the location was just great.
i did ask for a quite room, which was room 4167, but i could not sleep, the lift keep making so much noise every time someone used it,(and therefore keep me up all night,it was also reported)

Great location for South terminal Gatwick

Quick check in , very nice clean room great for an early flight in the morning. Carvey restaurant good choice of food . Great way to start holiday .

Good Hotel with superior location,connected to LGW

Pros: food was good and service excellent
Very helpful staff who accessed their special facility for wheelchair folk all the way to the gate. My wife really was helped in a positive way and was relaxed as a consequence.Thank you

Handy before a morning flight

We stayed the night before a morning flight and it did what it says on the tin. Looks a little tired in places and no wifi as standard in your room which feels a bit tight, but a good breakfast range before our flight

Within walking distance of airport terminal

Pros: Very comfortable. Excellent service
Ask for room with good shower and they gave us free upgrade to delux room

Cons: need to ensure that early morning calls go through
we asked for early morning call which did not come through. Luckily we had backup - otherwise we could have missed our flight. Staff in Garden Restaurant excellent at breakfast.

Pros: It is convenient if you are flying from the South terminal, and has everything that a good class hotel should have. Going through Expedia it was cheap
Cons: the downside for us, eating there is expensive. the tap did not overhang the wash-hand basin.
We have often stayed at this hotel and it has always been the same standard: clean, convenient, polite, and not completely impersonal. A staff member came to our room to make sure we had heard the wake-up call!

Overnight for early flight

Location fine but restaurant prices a ripoff. Was told I could only have wifi in the room if I upgraded for 15 pounds. I needed it so I paid up. Wifi didn't work. They refunded 5! Bed linen too short to cover me completely. The Hilton covers necessities but I will look at other in terminal hotels like Bloc in future.

Very convenient for airport

Room was very spacious, beds very comfy. Slept like a log. Only criticism is that the rooms are starting to look a little tired and there was a fridge that wasn't turned on. We put our own drinks in the mini bar instead which was on.
