Outstanding pre-flight experience.

Location: Its a 5 minute (covered) walk to Terminal 4 - that's all you really need.
Our stay at the hotel was the perfect end to our week long London vacation. We had an excellent meal at the Italian restaurant (Aromi - or some such name?) - the food was terrific and the service first class. The room was spacious, modern and very well equipped (even had US outlets for my laptop!). I will definitely make sure that I end each trip at this hotel.

Nice hotel, convenient transport to any terminal

Pros: Proximity to Terminal 4
Cons: Make booking simpler with less but clear choices. Make free WiFi and breakfast standard
Location: Terminal 4
Covered sky walk access to Terminal 4, takes around 7 minutes. After that from Terminal 4, easy to take free Heathrow Express service to Terminals 2 and 3. Same in the opposite direction.

Convenient airport location

Location: Very easy access to Heathrow terminals through Heathrow Express and to London via Underground
Easy to get to various terminals and via Underground into London. Good facilities for exercising, dining, etc.

I got a room for handicapped person. The food was terrible. Too expensive for what it is.

Pros: Nothing!!! Too isolated!!
Cons: At the very least a shuttle, their site description is deceiving!!
Location: ZIP/NIL/NOTHING!!
Ridiculous length of walk to find we had a small bed & handicapped room!!

Convenient for Terminal 4

Pros: Comfy bed, quiet atmosphere and great breakfast.
Cons: A free enclosed door-to-door shuttle pickup from Terminal 5 to avoid the long walk pulling heavy luggage after international flights.
This hotel is located near but not exactly in Terminal 4. From other terminals, you must catch the free shuttle bus #481 or #490. Once you are at Terminal 4, there is a doorway inside the terminal which leads to a covered level outdoor walkway of about a 1/4 mile to the hotel -- a 6-8 minute walk. The hotel itself is sleek and modern with typical European compact rooms. The rooms are furnished with beds, nightstands, and desk. The bathroom had a tub/shower and enough counter space for both of us to put our toiletries which was nice. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that there were both US and European electrical outlets so that we did not need to use any converters or adapters. There was no airport noise at all. The breakfast buffet was large and varied and included having eggs cooked to order. Other than the wait to catch the shuttle bus and the 20 minute+ ride to Terminal 4 from Terminal 5, this was a good choice for an overnight stay at the airport. We used a different bus which costs 4.5 pounds/person to go directly from the hotel front door back to Terminal 5 the next morning. The hotel also offered to shuttle guests back to the front of Terminal 4 in a golf cart but I'm not sure how you would take luggage on that and it was much too cold to take advantage of that anyway.

Convenient for terminal 4

Pros: Proximity to terminal and ease of transport from the terminal to the hotel.
Cons: Pod style transport across the bridge link
Following our return from India, this was a very welcome stopover. Spacious, welcoming , comfortable and very clean. Members of staff, especially those at breakfast, were helpful and charming. We would stay there again regardless of what terminal we were flying from.
