The staff was friendly at the front desk, the bar/restaurant had the worst service. I cannot express how much we hated the bar at the hotel. Breakfast was good!

The room was bigger than expected which was great. It was a 15 min walk to the nearest regular tube station, which was fine for us but may not be for others. The breakfast was great with a good selection of continental style breakfast items, fruit, cereal etc and cooked breakfasts such as full english and an amazing dahl! The shower in the room was not very good, this didn't matter too much as we were only staying two nights, but would have been an issue if we had stayed longer. The decor of the rooms was a bit dated but this didn't really matter to us. The staff were all lovely.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were really good. The rooms had a couple of cans of water still and sparkling, which was nice, and it was nice to have face cloths in the bathroom

Front desk staff had a very unpleasant attitude. After my 8 hr flight it was a lot to deal with. Overall the hotel stay was great once we got past the front desk monster.

The location was ideal for my purposes. The immediate area was fairly quiet. The room was clean and reasonably spacious, though only one chair was provided when a second one was needed.

Very dated and worn out for the price. There are better deals in the neighborhood. That part of the high Street is pretty dead after 9 o’clock, I would stay at Earls Court next time.

If it wasn't for Daniel, I would rate this visit much lower. I went against my initial thoughts on this property given some of the negative reviews pertaining to the property conditions - needs major improvement. Yes, they will hold your luggage should you arrive early, but you would have thought the decision would have been made sooner than an hour upon our noon arrival from out of the country that a room would have been requested for a room to be made available a bit sooner since the lobby did not have a lot of traffic. I do understand the 3:0'clock check-in policy, but then there is customer service. The clerk whom I will not name in hopes that they have learned from failing to properly communicate with the incoming clerk that our room was available, as he assured us he would keep us informed. We happened to go ask and was told our room was FINALLY available as we were rushing to get to a planned excursion. I was clearly not expecting the room conditions that we witnessed. Is this suppose to be a Hilton property??? We quickly learned that the sink would not drain properly, which prompted maintenance to bring in a suction vac that only made the room unbearable due to the sewage that had come up. The staff at the front desk sounded very concerned and Daniel, the manager, quickly jumped in and ensured that we were transferred to a more acceptable room and even helped us carry our luggage. His customer service skills were on point. Thanks again, Danielle!!!!

No close to a tube station during the week but the buses are easy to navigate. Shower it a little weird as much of the water gets out since the glass doesn’t extend all the way. Breakfast is worth getting it included.

Liked welcome and easy check in. Room was clean and mostly quiet. Restaurant was pleasant with friendly staff and we enjoyed our food. Hotel decor is a little dated and worn but our needs were met for a short stay .

Large hotel, suitable for our purpose. Staff seemed rushed and service impersonal, apart from a couple who took the time to smile and be attentive.Clean, comfortable rooms although bathroom sink needed attention for poor drainage and odour. Breakfast excellent and plentiful. Bar & breakfast area light bright and comfortable.

Arrived at the property and was initially given the wrong room number which resulted in us trying to get into someone else’s room, returned to reception and was told correct room number (they had written wrong number on card) and then the correct room had a very dirty bath. We informed reception and they cleaned and gave us a voucher for room service as an apology, which was appreciated. The breakfast was excellent. The common areas are clean and stylish. The rooms themselves & ensuites are outdated and do not reflect the cost of staying here or the Hilton name. The rooms are spacious but the carpets were stained/worn out and had divots in the floor causing unevenness. The bathroom tiles was stained and the sink was chipped. The beds were made up and bins emptied but toilet rolls were not replaced, nor milk at coffee/tea making tray. It was extremely noisy from emergency vehicles going past hotel room. Something to bear in mind if staying here. Liked Kensington High Street & the nearby park (a 5-10 min walk from hotel) but would choose a different hotel if staying in this area again.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious. I want to give a 'shout out' (big thank you) to Thalia, waitress in restaurant on evening of 25/11/23, Godwin in restaurant and also Iso, concierge on morning of 26/11/23 as they provided excellent service with a smile!
