More like a 3 star when compared to US standards

Also, loud music emanating from bottom floor till 4am, couldn't sleep. Area around hotel is quite sketchy at night.....

Convenient hotel to London City

Pros: Location to Heathrow trains, restaurants, and the underground trains to London.
Cons: Hotel needs a major overhaul to update its infra-structure (air-conditioning, restaurants, etc.)
Location: Within walking distance to underground trains; or hop on a bus to Hyde Park, British Museum, and major shopping districts.
Convenient hotel to connect to Heathrow and other parts of London, with many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Hotel however was old and overpriced. Air-conditioning barely got below 25 degree Centigrade; room was small, and dining room over-crowded at breakfast. Breakfast items were limited (no black pudding!) and expensive.

運悪くトレネのような新人にあたり…

Pros: 室内調度。カーテンはよし。
Cons: トイレの水のたまりが遅い。エキストラベッドが小さすぎ。何より人員教育。特にレセプションにいた二人のプロ意識0の若い女性と、最後に荷物を渡してくれた男性。チップを渡す気にはなれませんでした。
ヒルトンですので当然一定の質はありますが運悪くひどいレセプションと遭遇しました。 早目に行って荷物を預けたときに鍵の受け渡し以外のチェックイン作業も済ませたときの対応は、プロできちんとしていました。ただあとで疲れ果ててホテルに戻ったらレセプションにいたのがたまたまtraineかとしか思えない若い女性二人で、声をかけても笑いながらおしゃべりに夢中、声をかけても不愉快な対応で二部屋分の鍵を渡してもらい、長い廊下を渡って部屋にたどり着きました。ところがキーカードがどちらも機能せず、レセプションまでまた長い旅をしました。コンピュータの不具合だったようですが、確認もしないで渡したうえで、またゲラゲラ笑いながらおしゃべりに夢中。戻った時にはまともなレセプショニストに代わっていて、鍵の不具合についてはきちんと謝罪されましたが、先ほどの二人の悪い印象が、そのまま残念ながらヒルトンの印象になりました。大きなホテルなので、人員にも多様性は出るでしょうし混んでいるときなので、疲れもあるでしょう。 ただこれまで何十軒(100軒?)もホテルに滞在した経験から、最悪の対応の一つだったことは明記しておきます。

Pros: staff
Cons: AC wasn't fuctioning right to the temp we set. it was always too cold.
Location: the location was awesome and convenient. it's walking distance to Hyde Park. restaurants and stores are in the areas.
i used to stay elsewhere in London as I am afraid Hilton is too close to Paddington with traffic and noise. I gave a try this time for the sake of location. when I arrived, i didn't get to check in due to system/server change. i saw queue await checking in. anyhow, they escorted us to our room but no card key avaialble till system is back. although the hotel management wasn't well-planned on server update, the staff were good in crisis management. i have to give "like" to this. the room was comfortable and clean but a bit pricy. overall, it was a delight at my stay.

Pros: Umm - nothing!
Cons: Wi-Fi printing service (for e-tickets etc).
Location: Great location - adjacent to Paddington Station and Underground - perfect for all your commuting needs!!
Excellent with spacious, well-appointed Tower View rooms that beat the competition HANDS DOWN! Amazing bed that I need in my own home! Well done Hilton Hotels!!!

Buon hotel, posizione nei pressi del centro. Ottimo per visitare Londra se si hanno pochi giorni a disposizione. Fermata della metro e stazione di Paddington vicinissime!!!

Great Location and Facilities

Pros: The Executive Lounge is a great bonus for slightly out of check-in/check-out range.
Cons: We found sweets lying around in various places in the room so perhaps clean up, also, the suite had been set up awkwardly for the childrens room
Location: Literally in Paddington Station so great for Heathrow access. We walked from Science Museum.Natural History Museum through the Park - just lovely!
Reception and Concierge are busy so be patient. They are as obliging as possible, but could do with more loan umbrellas given the famous London weather, and the concierge could be quicker to come out to your drop off entry and assist with bags. Breakfast is also busy but good. I think the busyness is a reflection of great location and generally high standards of the Hotel. I would definitely stay again.
