Hotel itself was not bad, but my room on the 3rd floor, right corner was not good. From 11 pm to 3 am, I couldn't sleep because of the mosiy dane music louldy playing

Nice hotel in good location

Pros: Clean room. Nice facilities. Great staff.
Cons: Bed comfort was not good. Provide better media options. Don't charge for internet- that's a decade out of date.
Location: Close to Paddington station and underground.
Facility was nice, room was clean, breakfast was excellent. Beds were not very comfortable, but staff did what they could to help. TV was ancient, not working well. Bathroom was large and nice. This was the first hotel I've experienced in ages that still charges for internet.

Brief stay in London

Pros: Location! Convenient for transportation, and close to Kensington Gardens where you can start a long touring walk.
Cons: A better pub
Location: Starting from Kensington Gardens, you can walk through Hyde Park to Wellington Arch, on to Buckingham Palace and then to Westminster Abbey.
This hotel is a great place to stay when visiting London. The front entrance is across the street from the Paddington Tube station and the back entrance goes to the Paddington Rail Station. You can also catch the Heathrow Express from the same station. The hotel is in a gorgeous old railway hotel that has been well maintained. The rooms are spacious by European standards, clean and comfortable.

Upgrade was Perfect

Pros: Pretty much everything. Unparalleled location for transport links, rooms are very comfy, staff are polite, it's a real railway hotel experience.
Cons: If the "normal" rooms were upgraded / updated it would be good. I have been spoiled by the upgrade - which may be expensive in future!
Location: Everything close to Paddington Station. Hyde Park for a walk in the morning is good. There are several places to buy breakfast in the station.
After numerous visits, thanks to an upgrade for the first time I found myself in a Great Western Tower room. These rooms are in one wing of the hotel, which is an integral part of Paddington Station itself. The regular rooms are quite acceptable, but these GW Tower rooms have all been beautifully refitted and updated in a classic railway hotel style, with marble, great carpets, soft furnishings and bespoke decor. The design is really impressive because it combines modern and art deco - loyal to the traditions of a classic railway hotel. It's to the great credit of Hilton that they have paid so much attention - and, I am sure, expense - to retain a feel of the history and original style of the place. The bathrooms of these rooms are brand new and better-equipped than the normal rooms, which was perhaps the only minor complaint I might have had in the past.

It's very convenient as it's just at the Paddington st.

Very nice and amazingly convenient

Cons: Slightly outdated but still quite nice.
This was the perfect hotel for us coming in from Windsor for a night. We had two full days of sightseeing and were able to drop our things when we arrived on the train (hotel is attached to the station) and run around all day and then leave our things the next day until we left later that evening. It was nice and clean and a very helpful staff as well as centrally located. Just perfect for what we needed

Good Location to the Metro\Express

Pros: Location.
Cons: Free Internet and Rooms Ready On-Time.
Location: This hotel is near everything.
We arrived at 3PM to check into our hotel and the room was not ready for another hour. The Hotel said they had too many late checkouts and the room was not ready. We had a 1 year old and a 4 year that had to wait in the lobby with our bags until the room was ready. If the check-in time is 3PM please make sure the rooms are ready. Also, no free internet which is crazy for the price of this hotel.

Nice location, terrible staff

Pros: clean rooms and convenience

this hotel is nicely located right outside Heathrow Express which makes is very convenient to get there from the airport. the rooms are clean and nice. the hotel staff (in particular concierge desk and the doormen) are something else! they have no idea what they're doing. from recommendations to getting taxis etc. these guys are a joke. the guy at the concierge desk at one point turned his computer screen over to me and said "just google it, i don't know". the doorman told me "taxis here don't take credit-cards" (which is a lie cause they do) just cause he didn't want to spend the time to get another cab for us. the restaurant staff were just as clueless. one day you "could" stay in the lobby area with your starbucks coffee. the next day you "couldn't" sit there with your starbucks coffee. which is it guys? make up your mind!
