Weekend away

The hilton Paddington was the best hotel Ive ever stayed in. From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out it was a lovely enjoyable stay. The room was luxury, the food was delicious, The staff were friendly and helpful, I honestly can't not fault it at all.

Great location

Good price. Nice room had 2 bedrooms but beds in second room very uncomfortable

Convenient for Paddington Station

The hotel is expensive for what you get. But when one is arriving by Heathrow Express after a long overnight flight and departing by train next morning for the west country it is extremely convenient. The room was not large for the price paid but comfortable enough. Bathroom was again OK without being exceptional. Pleasant staff at reception and in the dining room.

Really nice

Really nice only problem was they took £50 out incase I used the mini bar and it will take days to go back into my account. Super thpigh

Pros: convenient access to subways & Gatwick express trains
Cons: Bar is quite uninviting & closed early.
Very convenient location. Access to underground from hotel lobby. Daily breakfast buffets offered excellent choices.

The Paddington Bear House

Location: At the Norfolk Park nearby you can find a statue of the Paddington Bear, dont miss it. Good location.
My child loved the idea that she was staying at the Paddigton's Bear house. The hotel is next to the train station and in front of the metro station, that is a plus to move faster through the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was complete and abundant. I totally recommend it.

Great Location but lacks the attention to patient

Location: The location is great for West London and access to Heathrow Express
The hotel is a bit of a rabbit warren when coming to find your way from the lifts but the rooms are reasonable in size and the amenities are what you expect for a hotel of this grade. The problems are that the TV is too small for watching in bed as the room is long and thin so the effect of a 32 "" tv is like watching a 12" inch in a lounge.so watching TV in bed is pointless. Don't expect reception to pass messages to Housekeeping. Housekeeping are brilliant and bought us extra pillows and only did this when we called again. Reception was rude and was reported to the night Manager.

Good breakfast and comfy room.

Great location plus good breakfast buffet and comfy room make this an excellent choice. The hotel offers lots of amenities for foreign traveler including many chargers in room. The room size is normal by US standards making it larger than normal for Europe. Comfy beds... the included breakfast is very good, including a large variety of food.

Hilton Paddington

Pros: Accessabilty
Cons: up front charge on cc for incidentals. Only restaurant has few non-Indian food choices. Bathroom floor and tub very slippery. No handicap ramp.
Location: Location is good for walkers. A short walk to central portion of Hyde park. Tube station across the street.
Have used this hotel in past as it is quick and easy to get to. Taking the Heathtow Express, you can get to the hotel lobby from LHR in about 20 min. The hotel is accessible from Paddington train stations lobby, so no need to be exposed to inclement weather with luggage.
