I expected a bit more, but overall it checked all the boxes. the location is traffic prone due ro the presence of the OVO Wembley. To enjoy the day, it was best to visit the arras bear the facility. Good food, dinner and breakfast. Loved the indoor pool, steam and spa!

The cleaning could’ve been much better. I have long hair so I tend to shed a lot. I would come back and still find the same hairs all over the bathroom floor. Cleaning definitely could’ve been a bit better.

Excellent location for the outlet, the stadium and arena and the surroundings amenities. The room was large and well-equipped and the pool and facilities were a good addition. Only issue was not being able to use the fridge in the room for personal items.

Check in was great. The lady behind the desk was very courteous and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Telling us where we could eat and shop. The swimming pool/spa facilities are excellent. We couldn't believe that we were in such luxury and somebody else actually complained that the heated swimming pool was hot. The room was very nice and we were surprised and amused by the fact there was a speaker for the TV in the bathroom. The facilities were great but I didn't like that there were mini bar selections on top of the counter. Made me vary wary about moving near them as I was told its all on sensors. So maybe I was being overly cautious, but it shouldn't be there. Considering a quick accident could knock things over and be charged for them. The breakfast buffet was an amazing surprise. Well worth the extra charge. Lots of choice, more than I had expected. Next time I won't even have to think about wether to add it or not. It is definitely being paid for again. My only real problem with my stay was the last thing that happened. Check out. I'm not sure who it was but whoever checked us out must have been having a bad day or something. As she seemed rude and unhelpful. Just felt like she didn't care. Very much a stark contrast to the nice person that checked us in.
I have already tried to book for my next trip to London. But unfortunately is fully booked that weekend. Which is a shame as we really liked it.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff, lovely building, right next to the ovo arena and wembley stadium and they discount your parking ticket which is amazing. Will definitely be returning.

Great location and wonderful rooms. Wish the tv was a smart tv so I could use Netflix/hulu on it. One thing missing was a refrigerator. There was one but it was filled with stuff you had to buy and you couldn’t put your own stuff in. It forced us to use the ice bucket, which is only on floors 5,7, & 8. The bed was a little harder than we are used to. But I think that’s a European thing so no biggie. The elevators were nice and fast. Didn’t have to wait forever to get one. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was rather rude as I arrived earlier. However, when I returned later to check in the lady Carolina was lovely very friendly.
The room is not as clean as I’d expected
