The hotel is ideal for any gigs at the 02 arena, as it's an easy walk. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout, and breakfast was great. Parking was £25 for 25 hours and we sorted in advance, so that was easy. After a four hour journey ( instead of 1.5 hours, due to the Blackwall Tunnel being closed southbound that weekend, which we hadn't realised) check in was swift. Unfortunately when we opened the door it was clear the room hadn't been cleaned, with unmade bed and towels on the floor. Back to be reception, where to be fair they apologised and sorted a different room - which was ready. Hotel looks a bit tired though, so whilst rooms were fine and clean it could all do with a bit of a refresh. Would stay again though just because of the location.

So convenient for the o2 , great staff at reception and wnen we had breakfast in morning it was a hearty breakfast and staff were great rooms were so lovely beds very comfortable overall a great place to stay

Excellent location for the O2 arena. Within walking distance. Room was clean and tidy and bed was really comfortable. Great self serve breakfast on offer. Reception staff welcoming and friendly.

The location was where we needed to be...we walked along the Thames Path into Greenwich and to the O2 for our show. Staff helpful and ready with a smile. Easy to recommend staying here

Much nicer than I thought. The room was really nice, fairly new renovation, modern with good view of the 02. Staff so welcoming and happy making a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was also really nice.

Very nice property, near the O2. Easy access to the tube. Was able to get some cheap eats locally (nandos and McDonald’s). Nice bacon and egg breakfast bar. Kind staff. Overall nice experience. Only downside was fire alarm falsely going off in the morning.

The property was well maintained and had a very courteous staff! Hotel is near couple shopping area and had some cheap eats nearby. Was so thoroughly impressed that I decided to stay later in the week of my travel. Would recommend!

Upon arrival we were told that the heater was not working and thar we would get an individual unit for each room. We had booked 2 rooms. 2 hours later we were still waiting. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly but not so helpful when trying to get the heaters to the rooms! Visited in December 2023. Would consider other options. We selected this hotel because it was one of the puck up locations for a tour we were doing.

Reception was friendly, room was ok. It bathroom needed a deep clean or upgrade.our main issues were, when we got back to hotel after attending concert, so was many other guests, there wasn’t any lager at bar and coffee machine not working. So we asked for 2 instant coffees which they used the sachet’s which were the same if we went back to room and charged us £7.20! The breakfast was not great. Minimal selection. Other holiday inns we have staying in offered a much better breakfast.

Rip-off parking fees
Nothing wrong with the hotel per se - it fulfilled a useful function. However, what wasn't appreciated was the wholly disengenious car parking fees system - on the hotel website it's published as an eye-watering £20/night, but once checked in and been directed to a QR code to pay, discovered it's actually £25/night - that's just downright theft as well as illegal pricing practices. Would have been cheaper for me to Uber it home and back again instead, which I will be doing from now on.
