The hotel was quiet considering its location, the rooms were nice & beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast included.. only thing I would say is that the rooms were very hot & we couldn’t lower the temperature below 19, we couldn’t have the air con on at night or window open as it would have kept the children awake.. Also, could have done with extra pillows- only 1 each provided- we did ask for another or a harder pillow but were told no..

The staff was so caring and nice! They told me about their membership and other things that I was entitled to! The food was lovely, my son and I enjoyed the breakfast and all the options! The front desk was always ready to help and suggest!

Had the pleasure of staying here for one night and been absolutely delighted. Jacob at the check-in desk was brilliant, both friendly and professional, a real asset to the business. The room was clean, decent size and had a desk too.

Avoid. Go to premier inn
Never ever again. Under no circumstances choose this place. It's outdated and requires major refurb. Everything. The only good thing about room is bed. It is comfortable, everything else just don't... And breakfast - I've stayed in many hotels all over the world - this is the worst "breakfast included" I've ever experienced. I think residents of Wandsworth prison (nearby) have better food. Only good thing about breakfast I should say is the guy who is making sure all the guests are looked after - to all competitions - steal this guy, he is wasting himself in that place

Budget stay
Budget hotel with good facilities. Toilets seem to flush not so well but this was our only concern. Staff good and when asked about changing our room we’re happy to accommodate.

I chose this hotel for its location as we had to go to the European Visa Office only 10 minutes walk away. Easy to find and parking is right outside the door. Area is okay ~ plenty of places to eat nearby. Hotel is basic and looks dated. Rooms are adequate but I feel it’s overpriced for the quality. It’s clean and comfortable. Smells of strong air-freshener! Receptionists are very helpful. I was given a complimentary beer. Breakfast was functional ~ the staff very pleasant and gave us gluten-free bread on request.

Decent pricing, ok quality but unpleasant staffs
The room condition was ok, quite old but neat. The room had a desk and a chair, a sofa, and TV as well; It was quite spacious and the bathroom was ok too. Bed was quite comfortable but I was disturbed by the fact that there was the wall right next to where I had to place my head was kinda broke (torn down I guess). No fridge, no water, no sleepers. Although the location was quite far from the city center, it seemed safe to walk around and quiet. Giving out breakfast at the price I got was definitely a plus. One disappointing thing was the staffs. Most of them were not that friendly. I will be reluctant to recommend this place to my friend.

Don't Stay Here!!!!!
This was an old hotel. There was black mold on the ceiling and the grout of the bathroom tiles. The pillows and bed were uncomfortable and i wasnt even sure they were cleaned. The only positive would be the service when we checked in but otherwise the staff wasnt overly helpful.

This is not ideal for a single person. Transport links poor. Called for a taxi using hotel facilities. It didn’t arrive. Went for breakfast at 9am. Nothing available. All hot food containers empty and at least 20 people waiting to get hot drinks. Paid nearly £200 for B& B per night. Will not return

The staff is very unfriendly! We travelled 10 hours all the way to the hotel, the gentleman at the front desk did not bother to give any earlier check-in, even by 1 minute! The hotel room is very noisy. Even worse, there is no Air Con!!! I cannot believe this is Holiday Inn!!!

Short walk from Wandsworth town station. Efficient check-in by helpful desk staff. Comfortable room on ground floor. Noisy aircon. Breakfast buffet quite limited. Orange juice and coffee could be improved but bacon and sausages fine. Overall recommended for a short stay in Wandsworth/Putney area.

The Holiday Inn Express in Wandsworth does the job. There is not much to rave about. The room was clean however the hairdryer did not work. There was an iron that was fine. The bathroom was clean. However, I was woken up with building works outside my window at 7:30am. This was not the fault of the holiday inn however it is located in a busy area on a main road. There are fast food places near by. The staff were helpful.
