Great Hotel

Pros: Clean rooms and friendly staff
Cons: We ordered a cot but there were none available
Location: There is a great Hungarian Restaurant beside the hotel with excellent food and atmosphere.
Hotel great and close to everything. Rooms are clean and staff very friendly.

reasonably priced hotel close to downtown.

Pros: price includes breakfast (which is excellent); location.
Cons: The WiFi connection.
Location: 10 min walk to downtown. Excellent restaurant across the road.
Comfortable room but a bit small. Hairdryer not working. WiFi connection terrible - sometimes only 2 bars. Pleasant check in.

Pros: Location and condition
Location: It is walking distance to everything downtown; restaurant, shops, shows, Budweiser Gardens, the Covent Garden Market.
Located on the east side of downtown the Express Suites are ideally situated to experience the downtown. Underground parking is immediately available upon arrival. Check in was quick and the lobby was clean and well appointed. Elevator use is limited after 9 pm to those with a room swipe card which is a nice safety feature. The room was clean, modern and looked to be recently renovated. We had a King room and the layout included a work desk/chair and 2 upholstered barrel chairs with an end table. The bathroom was also very clean and modern looking with all the required toiletries. There was also an over-sized mini fridge and microwave. A large free standing wardrobe contained guest robes and an ironing board and iron. Our stay included the 'continental' breakfast, which I thought was limited to breads and cereals. This breakfast, however, was very extensive for an Express or a continental. Eggs, pork sausages, turkey sausage medallions, pancakes and a large variety of cereal and breads was also available. Juice, milk, hot chocolate, coffee and tea was also provided. This hotel also has a fitness room. A very intimate pub, The Morrissey House, is located directly across the street and has a great selection of local beers with a menu of home made, in-house created food.

Had to leave leave notes for more coffee pods. On our sixth day, no clean towels for our shower. Disappointing.

WE GOT THERE LATER IN THE DAY THEY GAVE US GOOD ROOMS AT A GOOD PRICE

Walking distance to Budweiser Gardens

Although reasonably priced and a decent room I would stay elsewhere next time. Check in is at 3pm but I didnt get my room unt8l 4:30pm. I waited in the lobby for an hour and a half watching others check in. There were a few of us that had to wait but none as long as I did. After a 7 hour drive this was brutal. I had dinner plans but I had to change them because of this. Avoid the hassle. Lots of other hotels nearby.

Terrible mattress in room 702

Would have rated it 4 stars except for a terrible terrible mattress in room 702. Simply awful. They did comp the parking in return, thus acknowledging the problem, but that doesn't take back an awful nights sleep. Otherwise, most aspects of the stay were fine..
