Good facility in downtown London

Everything was good overall with the hotel with the breakfast being good even before the 6am start time

Disappointing

Pros: The pub across the street.
Cons: Parking lot, parking arrangements and rates, rude kitchen statt.
Location: The pub across the street.
The desk staff were terrific and the security guy helpful. The parking is poor. Back lot is far too small, difficult to get in and out of, and contains dangerous bumps on the ramp that made a mess of the undercarriage of my colleage's car. When the lot fills, you have to go park across the street at the funeral home, with no discount whatsoever for the inconvenience. It's an embarrassing matter to be fetching your car while family members stream in for a funeral. The cleaning staff at breakfast were utterly rude. We came in admittedly at 9:59 for a breakfast that closes at ten - but there were large groups sitting chatting at all the tables, and all we wanted was to grab some food and go in a couple of minutes. They literally locked the yoghurt cabinet under our noses and were proceeding to remove all the other food. When I mentioned I thought that was an embarrassing and rude lack of service, they told me they had to "clear the place for lunch" which at that time was 2 hours away at least. They reluctantly unlocked the yoghurt cabinet and we proceeded to feast on the cold eggs and other subpar specialties self-served on styrofoam that they call 'breakfast'. The best thing about this hotel was the pub across the street.

Not a nice place to stay

The woman checking us in quickly stated that she had only been working there for three weeks but would not hesitate to kick us out if we were noisy... Not how I would expect to be treated at all. Yes, we were with a hickey team but give us the benefit of the doubt! We had our children in the room by 9:30pm and had no one running around the hotel. The room was dated, as was all parts of the hotel. Breakfast was only from 7-10am so did not give us much time. The room felt very claustrophobic with big, bulky furniture and very little room to walk by each other. The room thermostat had an issue and was either super hot like a sauna or freezing. I was not impressed at all with some of the staff's attitudes (there was one nice woman at the desk). I was not impressed with the outdated and very small room and I was not impressed with the mediocre breakfast or it's hours.

Clean hotel but front desk staff not very helpful, and someone was banging on our door all night and staff did minimal about it. Would not go back.

A great place to say

We will definitely be back the next time we go to Budweiser Gardens. Very convenient for walking if weather permits or only a $6.00 cab ride away. The front desk staff was wonderful!

Small rooms, even smaller bathrooms. $12 parking fee on top of an already pricy room and hotel 'not responsible for anything happening to your vehicle'...all about the money Fitness center was nice and good variety for breakfast.
