Need to improve!!

Posted May 20, 2017
It's an okay hotel. Lots of room for improvement. Hotel was out of natural bottled water for all days of my stay. Moreover, the cleaner used the same sponge to clean the coffee cups which she used for cleaning sink and wiped the cups with the used hand towel.

Great hotel for the price.

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Complete painting before renting out rooms. :-)
Location: Just outside of London central. Within walking distance to the Underground station.
Just outside of London central. Within walking distance to the Underground station. Minor cosmetic flaws in the room but otherwise very great for the price.

Overnight stay type accommodation close to very busy road system although traffic noise in hotel was minimal.Rooms very basic and in need of updating.Handy shuttle service to Brent Cross tube station for city centre.

Well ran hotel in a good location and great value

Staff very helpful gave us an early check in then supported us with travel information. Also made some recommendations for local Restaurant which was great. Overall made us feel very welcome and made the stay enjoyable. Local stations gets you into most London main areas within 15 mins was ideal for our stay going to London stadium. Breakfast was really nice and the restaurant manager and staff were helpful and accommodating. Great value for money

Does the trick

Posted Apr 18, 2017
Best thing going for this hotel is its location close to the M1/A1. Unlikely anyone would ever visit Brent Cross for the museums or ancient ruins, but its accessible for London and easy to get away if you are travelling north. The walk to the tube is fine for those interested in different types of concrete, and not very pedestrian friendly. If you have kids or granny with you wait for the shuttle taxi. Staff were excellent, trying hard to make it all run smoothly. Top tip: acquire some extra milk and teabags if you want more than one cup of tea in your room. All in all it's a decent hotel and provides easy access to London without the hassle of driving into the centre.

good business hotel

Posted Apr 12, 2017
Pros: Online search
Cons: More variety in breakfast
Location: As above
It is just off M1 so convenient access. The area is a business type area. Dont expect picturesque scenery. Reception staff and other staff are a credit to this organisation, always polite and working with a smile. Room is good and functional with all usual facilities. Brentwood shopping centre is next door so you can get anything. I would recommend it as a good 3 star hotel where emphasis is on practicality and comfort rather than luxury.

Good transport links to London

Hotel provides a free shuttle service to tube station in the morning and early evening, which is very useful if you're spending all day walking!

Just as i expected as i have stayed here before. They offer the brilliant service of a free lift/shuttle to the Brent Cross tube station, if required. However, there is now a £12 overnight car parking charge when this has been afree car park for amny years - a totally uneccessary change and disappointing.
