Fantastic facility for stay in London. Staff were kind, responsive and helpful. The breakfast was worth every penny paid including being healthy. Downside, is the lack of parking for guests and visitors.

I’ve never booked a hotel where breakfast was not included - and I book about 20 hotels a year. This booking was part of a birthday gift to my son and his partner and, on checking in, they were advised that Breakfast was not included. I will never again book a stay at Holiday Inn through Expedia.

The room in this hotel was unusually large for a UK hotel room. And there was a ton of natural light and a window/veranda that allowed fresh air. This was a big surprise after spending a week in a cramped Trafalgar Square hotel prior to my stay here. It is in an excellent location if you want to explore the Camdentown area and is convenient to public transportation.
