The hotel was safe, clean and conveniently located. The tube station was walking distant. The bus stop was walking distance. Walking back late to the hotel was safe with little kids. The breakfast was better than I expected.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. There were blackout curtains on the windows. Location is a five minute walk from the Camden Court tube stop, which made getting around London easy. Staff was kind as responsive.

The staff are very helpful and easy to talk to although there accents are difficult at times especially when hard of hearing like me. They made you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble breakfast was a joy thanks to Amir Prerna and all the team. We will make a point of staying there again.

Breakfast - 10 Restaurent - 3 Location - 9 Hallways and inside stinks - I think it’s due to carpets. They need to replace with LVP flooring or something or deep clean them or replace with new ones. Some weird smell is coming. Breakfast is nice. Units are super small. Overall mixed.

We had a great experience at this property. What makes it is the rooms on the water front. It is a bit old inside, but felt clean linens, clean room, and lovely food from room service. I’d recommend and I’d stay here again.
