Great hotel, excellent, friendly staff, only 10 mins walk to King's Cross. Bus 63 came regularly, the are also cabs about 4 mins from Kings Cross. Parking spaces are at the hotel.

Great hotel, but tiny rooms. Sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the sofa bed mattress was torn… good overall, but for the luxury property it claims to be it should have been more carefully maintained

At 4-stars and reasonably highly rated, my expectations were higher. The location is not convenient for to any Underground locations, requiring a 10-12 minute walk to either of the closest. The area does not have many shops or restaurants, it's mostly a quiet residential area. On the map it looked like it would be more central than it felt. And don't be mislead by the name King's Cross... It's certainly not named after the station, it's named after the road.

Hotel was really nice area is ok but hotel certainly makes up for it once inside. Wasn’t much noise! Once inside felt quite luxury and for the price around London was defiantly worth it! Considering some of the other hotels was a lot of money for one night.

Let me start by saying the staff at Crowne Plaza King's Cross are wonderful and the location is nice & walkable if you need to get to King's Cross-St. Pancras. Unfortunately, our small room, burnt dinner and disappointing shower overshadowed the positives. Check in was quick & easy. We had to add a night due to a train strike which had our Eurostar trip delayed by a day. They were able to keep us in the same room which was nice since we had luggage & 2 children. We booked a premium room with 2 double beds and there was barely any walking space between the bed & the desk. We ordered pizza for room service and the bottom was burnt & inedible. Lastly the shower was the type that basically has no door. This was frustrating because the water would leak out onto the bathroom floor leaving it soaked. While the rest of the stay wasn't terrible, I do not see us staying here again in the future.

I liked the hotel. On the first night I requested for plates and cutlery which I was told would be sent up to us that didn’t happen. I then called down to reception and room service nobody picked up. There was a stains on the carpet and sinks. Which I was surprised about. I was very surprised at the price of breakfast. Meant we had to order out. I did mention it was a birthday so was a little disappointed nothing was done. Other than that the stay was lovely. We had a decent sleep. The staff greeted us with a smile and were welcoming.

The property had issues with being very warm due to building issues. There was no way of venting to the outside to make the room more comfortable which made it almost impossible to get any sleep. Other than the building, the staff were very pleasant and restauran was quite nice. There was no attempt for any reward or discount towards any of the hotel or restaurant amenities for the uncomfortable heat issue thus I would not stay here again.

Despite the 4 star rating, the rooms are small for 3 persons, you will end up sleeping on a sofa bed which requires housekeeping to lay. Breakfast options are the same everyday. On site luggage storage requires payment even if you are checking in again. Front desk staff are nice. They remember the guests which was a nice gesture.
