The room is very small and not properly organised. The toilet is also not hygienic and small. The door of the toilet is very bad In situation. I don’t recommend any one to go there because it’s not worth it according to money.

The Holland Inn was a superb place to stay. All staff so nice and friendly, willing to help and advise. Accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable and cleaned everyday. Great location for bus routes and tube stations. Quiet and has a huge shopping mall ) mins walk away with tube access to London. Thankyou Holland Inn.

cute aesthetic small rooms but not really clean, old matresses, walls, bad smell in the bathroom, ants invasion in my room, the mirror in the bathroom not being in front of the sink?? room service included which is good and a pretty comfortable bed. there is no table or wardrobe to put our stuff though.. good enough for one night, for more, it might be challenging.. but for a 2 stars hotel, it's not terrible.

Staff were abrupt, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom was so small, had to be short in height to use the toilet,,room was dirty, bathroom door would not close and door to room would not lock.

Terrible staff services. They put us in a room that was smelling and was not the one on the picture that we booked. Shower water was very hot doesn't adjust to cold. When we complained the staff service lady was aggressive.

It's a terrible experience, I've never ever come across a hotel room without a door handle. The door handle was broken and not able to close the door properly. Everytime I have to ask the staff to close the room door, which is very inconvenient. Not recommend for staying!!

One of the worst places I've ever started in. Room was tiny and poorly maintained. So called "Bathroom" was in fact a toilet with the shower tap almost above the toilet seat.

I knew it wouldn't be a great place to stay based on the pics however it was even worst, never again. Horrible beds, dirty walls and floor. The shower and the toilet were clean.

Only stay if theres no other options.
Tiny Single Room. Ok for a one night stay if you are out in London as I was, if its cheap. Was £81 which is way too much, i used my Hotels.com credit so got it cheaper. Bathroom door held together with tape, light fittings loose and plastering was peeling.

It was great. Excellent personnel. The room was small and the beds were shaky and noisy with every move. It was cold but the receptionist resolved it when I complained. Generally a wonderful place which I believe has stood the test of time. Needs upgrading for the kind of cost it attracts.

Wow! Shocking!
Urgently needs an update on the following.. Bed- we practically slept on a camp bed.. mattress- wow very dirty & a lot of stains.. yuk! Also when we both got in to the bed.. instantly both rolled in to middle & squashing each other.. worst night sleet ever! Had a sore arm/shoulder from trying to keep rolling to middle of bed.. Floor boards uneven & not correctly joined together. Lucky we had sliders on.. bedroom to bathroom uneven & step kept kicking uneven surface. Shower needs repairing as more water leaking from hose than the actual head it’s self. I know u pay for what u get.. but for £110 per night I expect a much better room.. We will learn from this & not book here again.. We were in room 10. Good luck all.

The only thing to like is the location. Other than that the place was not really worth the money. The rooms look nothing like in the pictures. Very small. My bathroom was so small I couldn´t stand in front of the sink and had to brush my teeth standing sideways. No airconditioning as advertised, only a fan. And the room was quite hot at night. No fridge. As for cleanliness, the room wasn´t dirty but it wasn´t spotless either. I noticed in other reviewes that people rated the hotel staff as friendly, I´d rather say they were indiferent. Restaurant was closed.

Fine for 1-2 night stay!
Hotel was good for the price. Near enough to tube stations and 15-20 min walk from central Hammersmith or Kensington. Room itself was fine. However, could do with changing the stained curtains and fixing the fixtures where plaster was coming away. The fan in the room was a welcome addition because of the heat that day. Beds were very comfy but the pillows were terrible. Overall, ideal for 1/2 night stay but needs updating.

I was worrying about the room condition when I saw the comments left online. But the room I got was on level 1 and actually quite adequate considering the price and location. The room is reasonably clean and has most things expected for a hotel room. As I was looking for a room for a one night stay, it is quite cost efficient and convenient to go to the central London. As the property is by a road, I can hear the traffic. I guess it’s okay for a short stay.

Very poor
Room tiny, furniture poor, door frame rotten, toilet seat loose and ill fitting. Thankfully we only really slept there and spent no other time in the room. £118 a night not expensive for London but expected more. For not much more could have gone to a chain hotel and had a much better standard.

I guess the most annoying thing about this hotel was the lack of transport. Well, there is a regular bus that goes by, but the problem with buses is that it gets stuck in traffic. There is also a station, but the trains don't run all that often. However, all in all this hotel wasn't too bad, especially the night clerk - he was really friendly, the day clerk not so much.

Small, noisy, hot room with substandard facilities
Located on a very busy road we had a tiny dark room on the ground floor with a sash window opening into the street which had to be opened for ventilation, so the room was very noisy with traffic noise all night. Though tiny the room has a double bed with a lumpy mattress, kettle, TV, fan and an ensuite with shower (very difficult to control temperature), toilet (which didn't flush well) and a sink with a plug which didn't fit. Receptionist was helpful. The room was otherwise as described and the price was fair for a central location, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Don’t do it to yourself. The hotel is close to Kensington Olympia station (make sure you take the right exit tho) and the shower pressure is good, but you have to squeeze yourself into a shoe cupboard of a bathroom where the shower hangs over the toilet seat. Cramped, tired, dirty (stains and mould on the walls), this is a must avoid. At £70 it is very overpriced for what you get and was a very depressing experience.

I actually left a day early as I started feeling unwell. It is budget but it was mouldy and disgusting. I started feeling sick so moved to a nore reputable location early. The only thing here is location, I did not expect much for cheap price but the bathroom was mouldy and had high gloss wall tiles on the floor of "wet area bathroom" so you could slip easily. Not properly insulated to the bathroom door was wet and swollen so did not open close effectively. Just generally shocking

Lovely place, clean and tidy. Far better than other places I’m the area that are more expensive! Beds were made, fresh towels every day and the was room cleaned during the day. I’d definitely recommend!
