Reasonably priced and in a good location. Beds were comfortable and room itself was nice. The lock on our door was extremely stiff, and we had no cold water in our bathroom. Otherwise a pleasent stay.

Arrived to our room, bed was broken - slats all falling out the bottom of the bed. Explained to the receptionist who explained it was fully booked so could not move us and to contact after our stay. Mattress was constantly falling through the bottom of the bed and was not comfy.

Firstly this property is more a hostel than a hotel. The hotel advert is very misleading because this property cannot even qualify for 1 star hotel rating. One of the beds in the room had a leg that was almost breaking off. The reception area had a strong urine stench which I assume is from the bed in the reception room. I was charged for breakfast but there isn't any onsite dinning facility. The restaurant I was booked for my breakfast was about 10min walk from the hostel and even though it was clean and the guy cooking and serving was super nice there wasn't even a menu and we just got served a very basic scrambled eggs and bacon breakfast. I was not informed that parking has to be reserved so I could not park at the property which was the only reason I had booked in that area. The only positive about this property is the friendly staff.

The hotel itself had everything you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had to park up the road as on the website said you can book at reception I phoned just to check and all spaces were taken till the next day. Was hot in the room and the windows only opened up a little so couldn’t control how hot I was.

Good Points: the price for the area was ok. the staff on reception and cleaners were very polite. the ensuite seemed clean and warm - it had the only radiator for the room. Bad points: The room was not warm, it didn't appear to have a radiator and the bed was not comfortable no soap in the bathroom and no sanitary bin in the bathroom either. no plug in the bathroom sink. The hotel has an arrangement with a local pizza restauarant for breakfast - you get a voucher to take with you to the restaurant, the restauarant is about a 6 minute walk along the road. the coffee I had was adequate, the tea my partner had was abismal. as for breakfast itself, there was no choice, we were asked if we would like bacon, I asked for toast. when it came out it was barely toasted and appeared already soggy, I asked for butter, but the person serving breakfast did not seem to understand what butter was so I asked for an egg to be added to mine instead, my partner asked for beans, we both got beans, the beans themselves, I think were held in the vinicity of a small lightbulb for 5 seconds and were barely above room temperature, I managed 4, maybe 5 mouthfuls of this before giving up. when we returned to the hotel and checked out I did say to the person on reception about the dissapointing breakfast and they did say it would be taken up with the restaurant.

The location was fine and the Staff were very helpful and polite, but the hotel was very dated our room was poorly lit and the hot water took a very.long time to arrive I had to go to reception twice for them to sort it. Very disappointed with the breakfast it was easy to find , I'm vegetarian they had no option for that being a pizza cafe so ended up with undercooked egg on toast. I really would say it wasn't value for money.

Good experience all around
I made the mistake of arriving after the check-in closing time of 11:30pm, which I wasn't aware of. Only by blind luck and the kindness of the person who happened to still be there did I get checked in. Hotel is in a great location near various transit origins. Room was good, only complaint being with the really low-pressure shower. Working TV was a nice touch.

Small, homey hotel with good pricing. Staff all friendly and accommodating. Breakfast voucher included for local Italian cafe. Off the beaten path but plenty of buses nearby, including right out front to take you to other neighborhoods and tube stations.

under no condition stay here= no elevators = we were put in a basement room = dirty no place to hang cloths no drawers to store cloths= bed bugs = the room above us was a party all night= went to the guy in the office to stop it did nothing = found out the next day it was the owner's sons room = dancing , girls in and out dancing = we had 10 days booked = left the next morning would have eaten the $1000 we had left = it was that bad = Orbitz should be ashamed to have this as one of their properties

NEVER COME HERE
DONT STAY HERE, THERE ARE BED BUGS. I only stayed here for 2 nights and my legs are covered in bed bugs bites. The hotel doesn’t care and will lie to your face. I have ask for a refund and I’ve been waiting for 2 week and still no response. Save your money and get a better hotel. Not to mention, it is in a very dodgy area of west London with a lot of traffics and noise. The “free breakfast” isn’t even in the hotel. It’s in a restaurant 10 minutes away and they just give you leftover eggs on toast. It’s not fresh and they gave me stale cheese. The hotel is in need of a deep clean and new sheets. My sheets were covered in blood of bed bugs. Save your money

It is ok for one night stay. Room was clean but bed was very hard. There has been a problem with warm water upon my arrival but the lady at the reception fixed the problem immediately. The location is more for people who have been already in London or have some business in the area. You need to take a tube to Shepherds bush and than the bus.
