Ideal location

Posted Apr 25, 2017
Used the hotel as a base for the London Marathon , ideal location near Earl's Court to get to and from the start line in black Heath and st James park. Nice area with good pubs & restaurants on the doorstep. Hotel staff really friendly with my two young girls (2&5) , didn't feel as though they wasn't welcome at all. Hotel room & facilities excellent , clean & comfortable.

Lovely Hotel in London

Posted Apr 19, 2017
Pros: Beautiful and catering to the customer.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Food - especially Italian. 2-3 Taverns Some exclusive shopping, not much in gift shops.
In quiet area of London near many restaurants. Not much shopping here, but can get there easy by bus or Taxi. Check underground if using tube, Kensington Station did not have lifts if you have much luggage. May need to go to next station and travel back. Hotel though was great!

Everything except the internet is fantastic

Posted Apr 8, 2017
Pros: Room, staff, location
Cons: Internet / WiFi unusable from rooms
Location: Earls Court station makes it easy to get around London
Really nice hotel - clean and modernized, great location and very reasonably priced. But I could not use the internet from my room - and because I was travelling on business I had to work in the lobby/restaurant area which is really not acceptable for business travel I would stay there every time I go to London (which is several times a year) if they fixed the internet problems

Great Westside location

Posted Feb 21, 2017
We just stayed there last week...there was a cell phone in the room that included international calls for us to use....no need to pay extra to be on our phones trying to navigate around. The tube is right around the corner...2 good pubs within 2 blocks plus a great bakery, money exchange, and other restaurants. ..good location to get to all the sites...very pleased with our choice. Saved money by skipping the breakfast option and grabbing fresh baked goods at the bakery.

Lovely hotel

Posted Feb 19, 2017
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on our recent family trip to London. We were delighted with how close it is to Earl's Court tube station yet located in a side street away from station noise. Our room was beautifully decorated, really clean and such a good size. It was checked every morning, beds made & clean towels provided. The minibar was well stocked and included in the cost of our room. The bathroom is very modern with a huge shower & also well stocked with aveda toiletries. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Every time we came in or out they spoke to us and were very pleasant to our children. We had a wheelchair with us during our visit and rather than us bring it up and down to our room each time, it was no problem to leave it in a safe place downstairs. We found this very convenient. Also, as we checked out before 12 but our flights not until later that evening we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until we were ready to leave for the airport so we could enjoy our last day in London without the added burden of our luggage. We had booked room only so didn't eat at the hotel but the restaurant looked lovely. There are lots of cafes and bars just around the corner so plenty of choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely book this hotel again when we return to London. Highly recommend

Nice location and facilities

Only about 2 min walk from underground station, and the mobile phone in the room is very useful. Saved some money on buying SIM cards, though tethering is not supported.

Holiday in London

Posted Feb 2, 2017
I stayed 6 nights and definitely would stay there again. It's on of the nicest hotels in London. It's 5 minutes from the Earl's Court tube station and there are ample places to eat or grab a pint.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel Steps from Underground

Posted Jan 31, 2017
My husband and I had a marvelous experience at the Hotel Indigo Kensington. I broke my foot the day before leaving for London and was put in a cast and given a cane. We arrived a few hours before check in time (had a night flight), and the Hotel front end Manager Kenji was so incredibly sweet and accomodating and let us check in early. Our room (109) was very beautiful, clean, and it was everything it appeared to be when i made the reservations. I would recommend this hotel 100%. There are a few markets across the street and there are a handful of restaurants on the main road. The hotel is a two minute walk to the District Line and Picadilly Line (you can take this line straight from Heathrow about 25 minutes) underground station, which makes this hotel very conveniently located. All of the landmarks are very close by. There is a restaurant in the Hotel and they provide room service. The food was amazing!! My husband is a chef and was completely blown away by the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The housekeeping staff left us Aveda products everyday! We will absolutely be back next year. Kenji made sure we were comfortable and was always available to help in anyway, he is truly a Gem!!
