Okay hotel if you don't plan to stay there all day

Room wasn't clean enough. Staff is nice. Facilities are poor but if you are on a budget and just need to crash somewhere you should go there

Never here again. Much better elsewhere.

With the same price, there are many more better options out there. NOT HERE! All British hotel rooms are non-smoking but even after locking all the doors and windows, the room was filled with cigarette smell the first or second nights. Toilets are very worn out and unclean upon arrival. Heater works intermittently. Day staff are prolly okay but night staff have limited ability in servicing and are not friendly with limited communication and language skills. "I can't tell you where the laundry is on the phone, it's too hard" while it's just make right at the door and keep going straight. Requested a refund for the remaining nights but got thrown around by hotels.com staff and their so-called "staff with authority." REQUEST DECLINED of course, with a glare in the eye and bureaucratic "board policy explanation. Made my first UK trip terrible thanks to Hotel Lily.

Very tired hotel in need of refurbishment

Posted Dec 10, 2016 on Hotels
A very tired hotel in need of a refurbishment. Cheapish for London but the price reflects this. Room needed repairs. No frills only soap and towels. Bed uncomfortable. Traffic very noisy. Best thing was the full English breakfast. Would not go back.

Convenient location

Posted Nov 18, 2016 on Hotels
Would only recommended if you're on a budget as its a basic hotel that's okay for a couple of nights My room was clean but small and the hotels location is ideal for the tube, Earls Court, Fulham and Chelsea. Corridor on top floor smelled and one of the fire doors was propped open, but like a lot of hotels in London you arnt going to get anything decent, unless you're paying a lot of money

1000 degrees in the room and terrible bed!

Posted Oct 31, 2016 on Hotels
Bed was awful, felt like one of those foldable guest beds. Night staff was really ignorant, asked him to give my husband another key when he arrives later during the night so he doesn't need to disturb me at 2am. When husband arrives the guy (same staff as I spoke to) says he hasn't heard anything about this and refused to give him a key and insisted to call my room. The whole point of not waking me up flew out of the window by that call...

The hotel room was too small, can't put large lurggage inside. When you check out want to keep your lurggage in reception for few hours they will charge £5.00/lurggage and self service to keep your lurggage, the service very poor
