Overall, stay was great - but room service was over an hour later than I was told to expect, with no updates given until 5 mins before the food arrived
Everything was very good except one thing thermostat for room temperature. Not able to tell what’s going on. What is the room temperature? Is working or not working. Called service desk to help out about that. But is was still confusing.
Great hotel with really good sized rooms. Plenty of storage space, good sized bathroom with a nice shower and plenty of lighting. Nice, big and comfy bed, and plenty of plugs around the room and next to the bed which was really useful and something so many other hotels don't have! Really quiet despite being in a busy part of London, and the staff were great, we were checked in quickly and they had a friendly manner. I would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in London as it was a great room, very affordable, quiet and near plenty of public transport.
Hotel was very clean and welcoming, staff very friendly and happy to help. Room was perfect for our short stay. Bathroom door on sliding rail wasn’t the most private, and disappointed to only have 2 English breakfast tea bags in the room. On our final morning I had a lukewarm shower as the hot water wasn’t working properly but it seemed to be fixed a short time later.
