cheap so don't complain
Check-in easy no problems there are no elevators so don't have heavy bags. The apartment was fine no problems apart from being noisy at night and the hot water failed twice, not happy about that but you have to consider the cost = cheap and the location = great.

We enjoyed our stay at Hyde Park Apartments. The flat is small but was the perfect size for my husband, 16 month old daughter and myself. Excellent location!

The washroom exhaust fan of beside neighbor room make loud noise I not able sleeping. These 6 nights I got sleeping after 2 am until my neighbor sleep and turn off this exhaust fan , then I able sleep. Poor London trip experience !

Ok 2-3 star hotel.
Located 5 min walk from Paddington station hotel offered private bathroom and kitchenette with toaster, stove, microwave and fridge. Unfortunately hotel shows signs of wear and tear. Sink and tub do not drain water fast enough. Tv did not work for the duration of a stay. We were promised that this would be fixed however it wasn't. This hotel is a good option for the price that we paid, since we only used it to sleep inside. Please note that there are no elevators, AC, or reception desk. Reception is located on parallel street.

We had to walk up 87 stairs to our room which was tough with all our luggage. We were there in July and the room was incredibly hot with an inadequate fan. It was so hot it made sleeping difficult - and we had been travelling in a hotter Turkey before that! A good location and good value but would not recommend for a summer visit.

Basically this is a place to sleep. Flat 18 isn’t fit for 3 people. It’ll barely sleep 2. It’s up multiple steep flights of stairs with no lift. It was summer and the room was unbearably hot. The amenities are non existent. If you don’t mind a climb and don’t expect to spent time in there and you’re an individual or a small couple then it’s barely ok. Otherwise. Sorry but avoid.

A quieter end of Paddington. Flat had all I needed including kitchen. I forgot my laptop charger and manager took time to retrieve for me which was a nice touch.

Tiny flat, not like picture. Bathroom so tiny that sink almost butted up to toilet. Remote didn't work properly. Had to ask for hangers. None in room. Bulb burned out on bedside lamp. Very disappointed.

I stayed in a studio with a double bed for five days. The management team was very accommodating, even when my flight to London was canceled and I had to organize an early morning check-in. The studio is compact and the building is older, but it had everything I needed and in working order. All was clean. Comfy bed. GREAT location, very near Paddington station and a variety of convenient shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again when I return. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The reception was not the same place where i wanted to check-in, takes 2minutes by walk. Not far but i had lots of stuffs,was so uncomfortable. Anyway reception is one of the housing agency. Staffs were ok. No hangers inside room, remote was not working, The room with kitchen was quite small but the Bathroom....was tooooo tiny i’ve ever seen. If there’s no bath, then better maybe. You cant sit down on the toilet,..just half of you..lol. Someone is smoking inside building, so i smell when i opened the window. They didnt clean room. A part from that,,the bed was clean,nice, comfy bed. Slept well for 2nights. Response on the phone was quick, they try to fix. Thanks.

It is a great location and first day ‘check-in’ (at an off premises location) staff were friendly, but the when I got to room the door stuck on the floor (I mean really stuck!) and the lock misaligned so the door didn’t actually lock at all. So the next room the door locked, but the nice big window had no lock at all. Also they changed the WiFi passcode during my weeklong stay but didn’t tell me, let alone provide the new code (they had my email, easy enough to inform current guests). But, the location was convenient to everywhere I wanted to go.

The location was great but I was not wowed by anything else. The bathroom was tiny, barely able to get in and out of it. The room was not as pictured on the listing. The place was clean but everything was a bit rough. On a safety note the door to our hotel room had very obviously been broken into and was minimally repaired with putty. There we’re very loud people in the apartment beside us. The internet would barely work. We stayed there for 5 nights, and the only time someone came to service the room was to swap out towels (which we did not need) but they did not empty garbage bins or replace toilet paper; we had to go buy our own.

Very helpful reception staff. Small apartment with all facilities for a short term stay at a reasonable price right in the centre of London and next to Paddington station, so easy to get around everywhere. Staircase in the building looking a bit shabby and could do with a fresh coat of paint; disappointing that there is no lift, so may need to walk up several flights of stairs.

30£ cleaning fee???
The hotel charges 30£ for the cleaning of the room, (shouldn't it be included in the price?)and still I stepped on a viscous substance, when I checked under the bed, a bottle of beer was the source of it. The hotel is set in a very good location, but you hear the flushing sand running of water from the other rooms throughout the night.

small desk fan, isn’t made to cool the room down.
if your visiting during the summer... don’t stay here... there’s NO AC... and the fan they provide in the room is a table desk size... that little fan couldn’t even cool it’s self down... the room is super small very clusters . The room was super hot. And also has a pickle juicy odor smell.

My friend and I stayed here for a while we travelled over to the uk and were shocked to find mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, toilet seat broken, used dental floss sticks under the bed and stunk of cigarettes. We knew when we booked it’s nothing flash and it did it’s purpose but it was really the location that made it for us.

Good location
Unfortunately, we got "underground" flat. Perhaps other flats are bigger and lighter. For first instance I got a shock: room is tiny, a dusty fan is working, bathroom sink has a space for a free "bar" of soap, light is very poor, water marks on a side of a shower cubicle and a notice on a door we will be changed if water left on a bathroom floor. We mentioned this issues when checked in and all got sorted. Thanks Roxy! Unfortunately, I didn't notice then the state of floor under bed and sofa. This is not dust and rubbish from one night stay. Not sure why did we pay a cleaning fee. Once again I hope other flats in better condition.
