location is great

Posted Dec 7, 2016
Pros: location self catering
Cons: lacks a lift but that can't be rectified ensure that the bathroom fan comes on when bathroom light comes on would cut down on the steam
Location: great location close to central circle & district lines close to Kennsington gardens park
had 2 different rooms both were adequate for our stay 1st room had a small bathroom and stairs in the flat 2nd room on second floor we preferred even though one more flight of stairs to reach be aware that need to be able to climb stairs

The Chelsea neighborhood is full of better options

Posted Nov 1, 2016 on Hotels
If you just need a place to sleep and shower, this could be an inexpensive choice for a very brief stay. But don't count on anything working normally. Practically no water pressure. Almost everything in the kitchen was broken or not functional, and the room is just barely large enough to contain the bed - to the point that one can't even open the closet doors! WiFi costs a small fortune if you need it for work. If you must book ahead, reserve only a couple nights and find another place locally once you're there.

Average but good value for money

Posted Oct 14, 2016 on Ebookers
Pretty spacious considering it is London! Of course it looks smaller in real life than in the pictures but it was still fairly spacious for my business partner and I (with the added bonus of there being 2 separate beds!) slightly cheaper than Airbnb, had to shop around to find this though. Location however is fantastic.

Pleasant stay in sunny London

Posted Sep 23, 2016
Pros: The location.
Cons: While the terrace we stayed on was quiet, the rooms could do with some soundproofing as other guests were quite noisy.
Location: Lots of things to do and access seeing the apartment was less than a two minute walk to the Underground station.
The location of the apartment is very handy for two Underground stations. The building is very close, considering I "do" walking, to both Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park which were very pleasant walks. Considering the next road seemed to be a high street with lots of shops, the area was quiet and residential with only very light traffic and buses going down the terrace we stayed on.

Very bad hotel. Only the location is good. The rooms, toilets everything is bad. There are much better options in the same area.

Spacious rooms, convenient location by Queensway

Posted Sep 6, 2016
Nice high ceilling, depending on level of room. Spacious compared to hotels and accommodations in the Paddington area. Helpful, friendly staff. Not luxurious but reasonable for short stay. Great location in Bayswater, within 5-min walk from Queensway or Bayswater tube station. Same distance to Bayswater Rd and Hyde Park.

Convenient location in vibrant Bayswater

Posted Sep 5, 2016
Pros: Location, relatively relaxed neighbourhood, 3 mins from Bayswater/Queensway tube stn. 5 mins from Hyde Park.
Friendly staff, nice classical building with high ceiling in some rooms. Nothing really exciting. OK for 1-2 nights' stay.
