Not an easy one to rate. Many aspects of the hotel are really nice, such as the beautiful garden area. Rooms are pleasant, though bathrooms are very tight. Just 2 blocks from Earl's Court tube station, which was convenient, but not the most beautiful blocks in London. Main problem was the air conditioning, which was basically useless, even on moderate May days barely 70 degrees. We always bring a small travel fan, which saved the day... more accurately... the night. I could not imagine staying there in warmer weather. To be fair, the AC is a problem in many hotels in Europe.

Hotel had extremely sporadic / no Wi-Fi during my 3 day stay, which made working, planning a day’s activities, checking into flights, etc. near impossible. Wi-Fi is essential and a taff informed us of the outage at check in, but the lack of it did not seem to be being addressed quickly. Nice rooms, but could use a little attention to detail - in mine, carpet was worn, curtains had holes, lampshades stained. On the positive side, staff is friendly, the garden is lush and beautiful, and the VIP access benefit is great. The common areas were chicly decorated and clean. The location is nice, felt safe, and is very close to a tube station. A good home base to travel around London, especially the west side.

Excellent as always! Our last stay here was in 2019, things were excellent at this hotel then, and have only improved! Be sure to add the breakfast option, it is fantastic.

We were greeted warmly and with champagne and charcuterie and an excellent discussion of what to see ! The gardens were AMAZING ! The full English breakfast was delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
