really soft mattress

Hotel is at quiet area, just 2 minuts walk from the metro Earls Court, which is already zone 2, so if you have a Oyster card, every time they charge you 2.40 pounds one way.But its still Ok. What is the biggest problem of this hotel is the really, really soft mattress..omg...we couldnt wait for our comfy bed..its a nice hotel, but impossible to have relaxing sleep after whole day sightseeing..so, if you like harder mattress, dont book this hotel. Also be prepare, blanket and pillow are full of feather. They will change it if you ask, but they have limited number as the guy told as, there for we got only two really flat pillows..originaly we had 2+2.Breakfast- we had complimentary, no worth 12.50 pounds..for coffee you have to wait untill some of the waitress will bring the cup and then the coffee..once we had to ask, because they were walking around us and nothing..10 minuts waiting, you almost finish your plate..anyway, the reception staff was great, helpful, trying there best..even putting bottle of sparkling wine to our room and vouchers to lobby bar for one drink...its nice, but wont heal your broke back from the bed.The maid wont give a new shower gel and shampoo even you have it empty..there is only one small bottle for two persons at the begining..not enough!!! During our 4 days stay we didnt get any new..had to ask again..it was really big dissapointment..also the washbasin batteries and the glass door could use some more cleaning and polishing.
