Room size ok for cost of the room. Bathroom good size. Cleaning could have been a lot better - room looked superficially clean but limescale and dirt in shower, lots of dust and stains on headboard. Good location and access to the tube.

We stayed over night with 3 rooms - all were clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful with dietary requirements over breakfast. Good location.

The K hotel is amazing, located in a really nice area. The gloucester road metro station is really close by. The staff was amazing, the girls were great. There was a guy that was cold but everything else was great

Ideal location
Enjoyable stay, room small but ok for the price and great location - only very slight downside was hot breakfast items were not very hot, otherwise good selection - would recommend!

Good stay
Lovely hotel. Staff were helpful and let us drop our bags early. Only thing we found disappointing was how thin the walls were and we were right by the access door so there was noise during the night and early morning. Great location to jump on the tube and explore London.

Very satisfied! Helpful staff, clean room, we enjoyed our stay. I have only 3 "complaints" 1- not enough USB plugs near the beds, thankfully I have a 6-foot long cord. 2- small bathroom (albeit very clean!), but you had to kind of twist around the sink in order to sit on the toilet 3- Loud outside at night on weekends with cars racing up and down the road. Despite those points, I would still recommend the hotel.

Great hotel at an excellent price!
Good clean room with a comfortable bed, good quality TV and coffee and tea making facilities. Hairdryer was available together with good quality towels and shower/hair shampoo and conditioner.

Staff were extremely polite and very helpful . The room was very clean and comfortable. We would have preferred a room with a window We did not use the dining area . The dining area could have looked more inviting. We would definitely recommend this hotel .

This is a nice average hotel. We had a twin room which was well kept, beds were comfy, shower was nice and theres a TV where you can watch your own Netflix. It's located great for the natural history, science other museums. Don't stay here for the views, as most rooms have windows which face other peoples rooms - good for the fresh air though. Decent stay!

Was here for a short stay whilst a relative was in hospital, everything I needed and the area surrounding the hotel had some lovely restaurants. It’s a 5 minute walk to the tube or as we did everyday a 45 min walk to Hyde Park Corner ! Gotta get those steps in lol I would definitely stay here again

The room is big enough for one person. It is very clean and has everything that you need. The location is also good and it’s only 3 mins walk to the underground station and close to bus stops. The staff are friendly. I recommend this place!

4 night stay.
I stayed here for 4 nights in a family room on the third floor. The room was not huge but adequate. It was reasonably clean but the shower cubicle tiles and base would benefit from a more thorough clean. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. We didn’t have the breakfast but I did notice on the menu that it is served with turkey bacon and chicken sausages, not pork products. Had I paid the £15 for this in advance I would be very disappointed so I only mention this as a warning to those who love their pork sausages and bacon. There was nothing really wrong at the hotel but I would question the 4 stars that it claims to be. There are no real facilities that would elevate this beyond a 3 star. This didn’t really matter as I got a great deal on this hotel (€730 for the 4 nights), compared to their normal rates (seemed to be around (€1,200) and other hotels around. It is ideally situated for Gloucester Road and Earl’s Court underground stations putting you in a quiet area but with the hustle & bustle within easy reach. Overall I would probably stay again if I got it for the same price as it felt value for money but wouldn’t stay for the higher rate.

Immaculate hotel, good amenities for price, excellent service from all the staff, great location. But the so-called twin beds are narrower than real twin beds. Turn over and you might fall off. The optional breakfast is just OK but convenient and I appreciated that they used real plates and silverware etc and not disposables. Housekeeping is high end and impeccable but for environmental reasons, would be nice if there was an option to not automatically replace towels each day.

Good location. We were on the lower ground floor at the front if the hotel. It was noisy and at 2am I woke to a strong smell of cannabis in the room from the road outside. The curtains are also thin and the room was very light. Despite this it was a reasonable price for the location
