Few good points:
The bed was comfortable, room size adequate and located within walking distance to the underground.
Many bad points:
Black mold located on carpet and walls, my allergies have been severe since staying there. The top and the sides of the wardrobe were filthy and dusty. The shower door was broken and door trim dirty. Edges between wall and table were dirty. Heating had broken so we had an oil heater to warm room up. Only one flat pillow per person. Towel supplied was not large enough, I'd say it was a hand towel rather than a bath towel. The corridors are laminate wood, meaning any guests will waken you walking over it. A door (guessing in corridor as heard many times from 7am on a Sunday morning) would slam shut waking us up regularly. So I had less than 4 hours sleep as a result. Check out at 10am on a weekend is really not restful, especially if going out in London and wanting any form of a lay in. Complained to staff, was just told "thanks for your comments". Black mold in a room should not be a room they should be using at all for anybody. Finally, the main light for the venue flickered like a halloween film, very much matched our experience. Definately will not be returning for that £120 experience.
