Kingsland Hotel

Poor information regarding breakfast times, and a faulty bathroom light/extractor that kept making significant noise, so much that we had to keep it off the entire time.

Fantastic location for London and Wembley with free parking but limited. The room was of an ok size, and sound proof from the road outside. However attention to detail in the rooms left disappointing. Sockets opposite end of the room from the mirror. Lamps left wonky on the side table, a shower that needs to run for 10 mins to get to the top floor, even that it’s still very poor pressure. I booked two separate nights to be told to leave the first morning, as they hadn’t noted it was one stay. and on arrival we where told it was ok to leave the car as we had arrived early, only to return later that evening and be told that the booking gets cancelled when you don’t turn up after 6pm. - lack of communication between staff. We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food It could be a really lovely hotel with more attention to detail on how each rooms works for a comfortable stay.

Great location close to tube station, staff were very helpfull when we arrived, had a great couple of nights sleep would definitely stay there again
