Stayed for 9 nights . Hotel is just 2 mins away walk from bayswater station . Centrally located . The hotel interior is very clean , and has a very pleasant aroma in the lobby all way to room . Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay again for my future trips in London .

clean , high quality, loved the junior room with separate living room area, walk in wardrobe, marbled fully tiled bathrom. bed was incredibly comfortable. only ONE complaint is, as its still winter, the heating was not sufficient so the room was very cold and i had to request a portable heater which was provided promptly. Location wise the road was quiet and clean and there are several shops, cafes, food restaurants, pharmacies and even 2 express supermarket stores. will definitely stay again. both tube stations where literally a minute away.
