環境に恵まれたホテルPosted Oct 2, 2015

Great Location - Rooms are smallerPosted Oct 1, 2015
Cons: Had trouble finding the hair dryer and turning off the towel bar and the staff was less than helpful/did not seem to care.
Had an over night flight and was extremely grateful to get an early check-in as we battled jet lag. The room was in the basement and overall was updated/clean. Size of the room was small, but similar size to hotels we have stayed in throughout Europe. We loved the location, but not sure if I would stay there again if going to London. Pricey for what you get.

nice central London hotelPosted Sep 30, 2015
Pros: close to bus and tube stations
Cons: wifi should be free
hotel was nice centrally located. Did not eat there so no recommendation on that. bus and tube very close. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only one computer available to guests. When you do flight checkin on computer you must send details as email to hotel address who will then print it for you

Hotel in quiet neighborhood with terrible plumbingPosted Sep 22, 2015
This hotel is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It is close to public transportation, and adjacent to Hyde Park. Our room facing the back of the hotel was quiet, but very small. It was clean, but the bathroom had very bad plumbing and we had to work to get the toilet to flush. The shower was difficult to adjust for temperature and was either scalding hot or ice cold. Getting in and out of the tub/shower was difficult because of the hight of the tub. The lobby looked nice, but the furniture of the room seemed worn and tired.

Great Hotel.Posted Sep 19, 2015
Pros: Great Hotel, room ready when we arrived greeting was cheerful and no question was to hard for the friendly staff.
Cons: Our experience at this hotel was all positive.
Location: Two minute walk to St James park and the beautiful gardens. Short walk to some great pubs for dinner.
Located just a short 10 minute walk with bags from Paddington Station and an easy walk to Marble Arch and Oxford St.

Convenient locationPosted Sep 16, 2015
Pros: Location, convenience to transportation, cleanliness, friendly staff
Location: Great location for transportation to Heathrow and Underground. Close to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, Victoria & Albert Museum, Royal Albert Hall
The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from Paddington Station making the Heathrow Express to the airport very convenient. It is 5-8 minutes from the Lancaster Gate Underground stop making getting around London very easy. Nice restaurant in hotel for breakfast and dinner and a very nice little bar for drinks and relaxing. This was my ninth time in London and comparing this to other hotels, the Lancaster Gate is excellent.

Old and lacks any charmPosted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: Close to Hyde park.rooms clean
Cons: Squeaky floor boards and size of rooms.
Location: Hyde park is handy. 5 min walk from underground
Picked this hotel for its location near Hyde park.we found our room was clean but very small, We struggled when one of us sat down and did our hair little space to get around. Room 518 was under a herd of elephants who woke us both mornings at 7 walking around and walked around from 22.00 til 24.00 every move was picked up by creaking floor boards. Very expensive for what it was and we would not stay there again.
