Great location. Disappointed in the condition of hotel. Heat/air conditioning didn’t work - they did provide a fan. The usb plug ins all didn’t work either. Expensive for amenities not all working.

We paid $421 a night and was put in a room that nothing is working! We walked into the room there was a space heater and a potable fan, which mean the hotel knows the heat and ac are broken and they still cgecked us in the room! For the last 15 years. I have been only staying with Marriott because of their royal treatment to me. Every M hotel i checked in, i was upgraded due to my titanium and platinum status! But this time all i got was a low level motel experience! Never go back for sure Go somewhere else! This is not a Marriott hotel nothing is functioning, light is broken and no ice machine on the floor and no one answer the room services call! ! Paying so much to receive a cheap motel services!!! Will contact Marriott member services and file a complain! Ruin the M hotel reputation for sure! Very very upset.

Bus stop was crossed street but underground station was 20 minutes walking distance which you spend additional time to final destination. It may not easy to trip with kids. Otherwise, hotel was cute and employee was nice.

The property was nice and clean, the price you're paying is mostly for the nice area around it. would i visit this hotel again? probably not. The Receptionist Tamra was terrible, she was extremely rude and had a really bad attitude and to me it is worth it to check out other hotels just because i expect to be respected, especially when i am respectful.
