Fantastic hotel and attentive staffPosted Sep 22, 2015
Pros: Staff, décor, space.
Cons: Room service was not very good, requested an item twice and it never came. Went to reception and still no result.
Location: Restaurants, shopping, bars (quiet on a weekend) good access to tube, cinema.
Welcomed on arrival. Splendid reception area. Large room, very comfortable bed, lots of plug sockets. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs going above and beyond and what was expected.

Weekend retreatPosted Sep 6, 2015
I enjoy staying here because of its convenient location with ease to get into central London. Weekends are especially good because the whole area, being the Financial Centre, is very quite.

Handy for London City AirportPosted Sep 5, 2015
Pros: Style, staff, comfort and good food. Ease of access when travelling.
Cons: Sometimes in the restaurant the waiters can be a little too attentive and intrusive. Not always, and the food is good.
Location: Close to West India Quay/Canary Wharf for restaurants. Riverside/wharfside walks. Multiplex cinema. Speedy links to Greenwich, O2 and West End
Stayed several times - like it. Returning from abroad, stopping in London. See the sights and see a show. We like to use public transport so being next to DLR is ideal for travel all over London by DLR, tube and water bus. Have used it for O2 events. The welcome here is good with attention to detail. We like the atmosphere generally and the executive lounge is a peaceful haven.

werde ich in Zukunft immer buchenPosted Aug 17, 2015
modern, guter Komfort, gute Lage, schöner Ausblick, Zentrum 20 min mit Boot, Bahn oder Tube, verhältnismäßig preiswert-sofern man in England davon sprechen kann.

Accueil plutôt hypocrite!Posted Aug 5, 2015

Above and beyond expectationsPosted Aug 3, 2015
Stayed here before taking part in Ride London. The hotel had really catered for participants of the event using secure conference rooms with bike racks and mechanical support, got a local bike shop to sell essentials for the ride, offered special dinner and breakfast and even left good luck message with energy snacks in the room. All staff were attentive and friendly and the hotel experience only made our whole weekend the more brilliant.

Good location, close to Canary WharfPosted Jul 31, 2015
Pros: Close to Canary Wharf, modern and nice rooms
Cons: Nothing in particular although didn't eat breakfast there as it was £25 pp - plenty of bars/ restaurants nearby instead
Location: Very close to bars & restaurants and quick walk to Canary Wharf
Good hotel for exploring South / East London, we stayed here when we went to Wimbledon as easy journey from Canary Wharf
