Like sleeping in an ashtray
Like sleeping in an ashtray. The room had clearly been smoked on and used by a smoker. I awoke with a sore throat each morning and could smell stale smoke constantly during my stay. I was telephoned had told to check in at another premises. Not too far away however I had a heavy bag and had already travelled a few hours. The advert shows a large breakfast offering. Ignore it there is none at all. The saving grace was the staff booking in who were very courteous and the 24 hour helpline who recharged my room key.

Awful.
Awful. Bed side lamps not working the from day one to five and the hotel only apologised and said they couldn’t do anything about it, so we had to use the main lights and keep getting up and walking to the otherwise of the room to switch on and off. The shower blocked and over flooded the bathroom on the third night, and no help was available as reception closes at 5PM the middle of the night helpline suggested we pour hot water down it with a kettle... - to an already over flooded shower and sink hole. We awaited a response from the hotel and didn’t receive anything until the day we checked out (we had to contact them) in which they offered a later check out time which we accorded but felt it wasn’t enough considering we were up until 3AM ensuring the flooded shower water didn’t enter the main room and then we locked ourselves out due to scavenging the hotel for towels or anything of use to dry with. The compensation was awful and we haven’t received any at all, and we’re threatened to leave or risk losing our security deposit, because we felt a 3PM check out wasn’t enough - (we checked out at 1PM, 1 hour after the checkout time of 12PM). Awful experience and won’t be booking again.

The property was good! Clean and tidy overall. But it was a shame there no one at the reception for little enquiries. Plus no way to heat up your food!

Great stay
We loved the area, and the commodities inside the hotel room. Mini fridge abs microwave meant being able to purchase food to use instead of buying out. The room was spacious, clean abs couple friendly. Cons: skirting boards were all broken and unstuck from the wall which adds worry considering a deposit is required in case of damages (what if they think I did it) kind of worry; a light bulb was also damaged on one side of the bed (personal lamp), room cleaning service was also not fixed, as it was anyway we’re between 12PM and 2PM.

One of the cleanest hotel i have been to. I am quite allergic to dust, but with this hotel, I have no problem with my allergy whilest staying there.

Traveling solo for a weekend in London. Great location, very clean room and service. the room (double bedroom) has no space, it is a small room with clever ideas to make it a bit comfortable.

Great value stay in lovely room
Room was clean, comfortable, relatively quiet and very warm. En-suite shower room was clean and modern. Toiletries, and hair dryer provided. Bed and towels changed daily. Kettle, tea bags selection, coffee etc supplied. Breakfast was basic, self service. Bread to toast, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt and apples plus tea or coffee served to you. Adequate but I probably wouldn’t bother with the breakfast again. Many cafes close by were breakfast could be bought. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely stay there again. Locality nice with shops, cafes and restaurants and tube station about 10 minutes walk away. I’d rate it 9.5 out of 10.

Unlikely to stay there again.
The table, remote kettle and other things in the room were very dusty so unlikely they’re cleaned regularly. However the bed was clean. The room is spacious and hotel close to good eats. However do not have a waiting area, no Vending machine or area to buy water unnecessary things so you have to go out of the hotel and this is very inconvenient. The person at the front desk was amazing. Very polite very helpful. I’m embarrassed I can’t remember his name I think it’s David, he’s from Columbia. This hotel is very close to the Olympia train station so that’s helpful

Me and my 2 daughters stayed overnight while we were visiting the international horse show at Olympia. It is a little gem to find, so close to the show and the station. It is a very friendly hotel, so happy to look after your luggage in a locked cupboard before check in time. Our room was immaculate, very clean and comfy beds. Lovely and warm. We had tea, coffee, biscuits, bottles of water provided and all toiletries in the bathroom. There is a lift which is useful with cases. Breakfast was lovely, very good choice. Second year we have stayed over here and wouldn’t consider looking anywhere else. Thank you so much!

Small, a little uncomfortable & slight hostel feel
The hotel was small and felt more like a hostel than a hotel, you have access to your own shower, but the stairs on the way in were littered with guests in pajamas smoking cigarettes. Room was small which was fine but the bed could not be accessed at all from one side and there was barely enough room to shuffle down on the other side, the wooden frame meant you bump your ankles. The worst part was we booked ahead and the hotel halved in price by the time that week came around. Shower and bathroom were tiny but clean and shower heat and power were reliable.

The hotel was in a great location to many restaurants and to the mall...the transportation system was excellent and the receptionist helped us with a map and told us which bus to take to see the sights and which underground to use while coming back. The room was small but it was nice afterall we came to see London not to stay in the room and yes I'd recommend this hotel and will stay if ever in London again....

Very clean hotel. Beds were comfortable, no problem sleeping at night. A/C was effective. Quite neighborhood, looked like a safe area. We’re a family of 4 staying for 4 nights in a family room. The location is accessible via Tube and Bus. The room is smaller than the pictures made me believe but enough space anyway. Would recommend and come back again.

Great cute little hotel. Very small room size but I guess that's normal for London. We had room 102 super tight. Only thing is room was clean overall but quiet dusty so allergies were out of control.
