I've been to 6 countries in Europe and stayed in many hotels. This one is by far the best. Real showers, large bedrooms and bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was included but even if it isn't, it's worth every penny. It is in a good location to the tube, buses and trains. The M&S across the street has great grab and go food selections. Seriously, if you're looking for a hotel just book this one and save yourself time. It was awesome.

Very nice

Very good hotel, very clean & modern & with a great shower. The only downside was that the room was warm at night & the aircon didn't seem to be all that effective. Tip: if arriving by London Bridge tube station, head for the Borough High Street exit.

Lovely hotel, located just behind the Tate Modern, in a smart newly developed area. Friendly staff and a relaxed environment made for a great weekend trip to London, with the family.

Great location, nice hotel and rooms.

Pros: Location and room comfort.
Cons: Cheaper breakfast option rate.
Location: Very central to all main attractions and easily reachable by tube. Water bus 5 min walk too.
Modern comfortable rooms, great sized shower. 2 minute walk to river front and Tate. 10 minute walk to Southwark tube station. Hotel restaurant American diner type food and pleasant. Didn't do breakfast, couple of nice bakeries close by for breakfast. Pubs within a few minutes walk. Tesco, Sainsbury's, coop & M & S food all with 5 minutes walk. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time and overall the hotel was brilliant - such a great location to do a London trip with small children as there is so much of the surrounding area that is pedestrianised. Hotel was new and freshly decorated, which was nice. Only negative was that the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been - what someone had done in the loo brush pot before us is beyond me!!? No loo brush is nice but a pot of poo is pretty disgusting and it was not cleaned before our stay. One socket didn't work and not did the bathroom fan. Staff all friendly and hotel restaurant was delicious.
