Fantastic stay all in all

Posted Dec 19, 2016
Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this hotel. Room was small, but that was to be expected considering the location in Paddington. Everything in the room seemed new and well placed. Easy to get to and from a range of place due to the tube and bus network. The staff were particularly welcoming and helpful for any queries that we had. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Not good as the hotel had only opened and the air conditioning could not be turned also noisy fan so very disturbed sleep. The hotel was full so they could not relocate us to a room that worked. My partners eyes were sore the following day from air blowing . They did give us an amount of points so we can stay in another of their hotels in future and moved us to a different room the second night.

New Hotel, Close to Paddington, yet Quiet

Posted Dec 3, 2016 on Hotels
Very close to station but in a quiet cul de sac so quite quiet for London. New hotel so everything looks it, great night porter who checked me in, very helpful, no fuss, what you need when it's late and you just want to hit the pillow.

Great if you like no sleep

Posted Nov 28, 2016 on Hotels
Terrible experience! Stayed for my partners bday weeked a couple of weeks ago and got absolutely no sleep - loud music playing in reception which didnt get turned down despite us complaining twice! Room right next to stairs with banging and footsteps all night and drilling outside room at 7am. Hotel staff had no interest when we complained in morning and had to cut our trip short because we were so exhausted. Also had terrible payment system whereby we were charged nearly 400 quid for nights stay. Still waiting for refund now! Oh and if you do go and happen to complain good luck getting in touch with hotel or hotel chain guest relations. Impossible.
