The room we stayed in was so tiny!!!!

Posted Mar 18, 2017
Pros: Not a lot, the location of the hotel was the only plus.
Cons: Staff need to be much more welcoming and explain reasoning of extra payments. Rooms need to be updated for a comfortable stay.
Location: Location was good, with tubes stations near by.
The room was so tiny, we couldn't even make space for our suitcase! Also the hotel took £119 as well as the hotel room cost out of the payment account as a pre-payment, and could not be replaced until after checkout (still took 5 working days after check out to be put back in the account!) , so we weren't able to use this money to enjoy our weekend.

OK

Posted Mar 16, 2017
Pros: Location good. Pricey.
Cons: Their website doesn't show restaurant facilities.
Location: Next to BUPA hospital.
OK. Functional but not inspiring. Expedia want me to write more but there is little more to add.

Hotel review

Pros: The bed. Staff responded well to dealing with a noisy couple rowing in room next door (matter fully resolved).
Cons: Big makeover. More lift capacity. Equipment (TV) that works. Improve very average breakfast.
Tiny room (floor 6), comfortable bed. TV didn't work. One tiny lift (3 people max. capacity) which delayed movements up and down floors. Average breakfast.

Enjoyable stay

Posted Jan 24, 2017
Very good location with easy access into central London. Room was very comfortable and nice touchs with free phone for local and overseas calls. Only let downs were walls between next room not properly sound proofed so could hear neighbours tv etc and the shower mixet is cheap and this shows when using shower.

Pros: Inexpensive, convenient to subway stop with direct links to Heathrow; clean and friendly staff.
Cons: The room was cramped. Some restaurants nearby but choice a bit limited.
Location: Natural history museum is nearby and so is the Victoria-Albert museum, and also not far is the Princess Diana memorial amidst a huge Park.
This hotel is not far from the Earl's Court Underground station which is on the Piccadilly line and which goes to Heathrow airport quite cheaply, although with quite a few stops (40 mins). It was not expensive, and the room was adequate but cramped. Checkin was delayed until mid-afternoon. It is a bit off the beaten track for touristy things; the Natural history museum is nearby and so is the Victoria-Albert museum, and also not far is the Princess Diana memorial. It is not far from the subway though. The room had a bath, tea/coffee facilities, and no problem printing out a boarding pass. Staff very helpful.

Excellent, high quality hotel, good price

Posted Oct 28, 2016
Pros: Lots to like about this hotel. Pleasant stuff, room with complimentary drinks in chiller as well as tea and nexpresso. High download speed free wifi. Nice 'cute' complimentary bathroom, like comb, razor with tiny shave foam, toothbrush with tiny toothpaste etc. Plus a free mobile phone in room that you can take around London and make free national and international calls including mobile.
Cons: Nothing. For price this is an excellent hotel. It could not have been better
