overpriced

Cons: friendliness of check-in, tiny bathroom
The room is cramped and the bathroom has poor lighting and not even a soap dish in the shower

nice hotel well placed for London shops/theatres

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Generally a good class hotel
Cons: Housekeeping
Location: Near Oxford Street, Piccadilly, Green Park & Hyde Park
Our second visit to The Millenium Mayfair was pleasant and enabled us to go to a theatre and stayover as we can't get home after theatres finish. Only problem was room smelled of smoke(and it is a non smoking hotel) and there was insufficient coffee and sugar in the room and no saucers.

Lovely luxury hotel in Mayfair

Posted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: We had a club room - an excellent breakfast and access to the club lounge was included - decent snacks, coffee, tea and soft drink and after 6, canapé
Location: Mayfair, fairly close to Buckingham Palace, Oxford Street
This is a luxury hotel located in Mayfair. The rooms were nicely appointed with great amenities. Our club room gave us wifi, access to the club lounge which had great snacks, tea, coffee and soft drinks throughout the day, wine after 5 pm, canapés after 6. It also included an excellent hot breakfast. Really a lovely hotel.

Good location outdated furniture and bad maintenan

Posted Jul 30, 2015
Bad smell the, air condition is not so good, I couldn't sleep for couple of night due to hot weather, very old furniture, the only good thing about it is friendly staff and good location . Other wise the price is very high for the old facility we can have the same room at the same area with the same price but with better conditions and better maintained hotel. That's all I will never come back unless they re-furnish the hotel

Slow to rectify issues

Posted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Condition of rooms and training of staff.
Booked in and the room was not at all cool, persevered but a/c was faulty. Engineer visited no change, he said give it an hour to see. still no good, advised reception but still nothing. Had to make numerous calls to get a room change. Also a nightmare to get wifi!

Fantastic Location

Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: Location to everything.
Cons: Updates need to be made in order to keep up with other hotels in the area.
Location: Everything!
Whilst this hotel claims to be a four star I would say it is more of at 3.5 Star. The location for visiting London could not be better. In the heart of Grosvenor Square you can walk anywhere within a matter of minutes. Tube (Bond Street) is less than a five minute walk. The hotel itself is slightly dated and could do with some updates. The rooms are fairly basic, air conditioning does not really work, it blows like a fan but does not cool the room! That was my biggest compliant, as I chose this hotel because it had Air conditioning. Also you must pay for wifi!!! It was 10 pounds a day and is fairly slow at best. In todays society most hotels include the wifi with the room. Over all thought the location makes up for ecerything, and because of that I would stay here again.

Great location, reasonably comfortable

Posted Jul 20, 2015
The only downside is that this hotel is a bit expensive for what it offers. But for this location I wasn't expecting value for money. I'd have expected a more comfortable bed mainly, all other aspects, such as cleanliness and service was great.

Good hotel but can find better for the price

Posted Jul 10, 2015
Good location, nice rooms, good breakfast. it's not a bad hotel. Not so great: value for money, rooms are easily over 300 pound and they make you pay extra for internet (and a very bad connection!) and checking in early even if it is 2 hours and the room is ready. Would try to find better value for my money next time.

nickel and dimes

Posted Jul 3, 2015
It was a surprise that an expensive hotel would charge 10 pounds per day for wifi when it is free almost everywhere else. Upon arrival they immediately began selling me a 50 pound per day upgrade, since the room I booked was "just a basic room with twin beds."
